【摘要】：本文從實(shí)現(xiàn)"中國夢"視角對中國軍事外交戰(zhàn)略功能進(jìn)行三個層面的闡釋:國際戰(zhàn)略層面,為建設(shè)"合作共贏世界"做貢獻(xiàn);國家利益層面,營造互信合作的總體國家安全環(huán)境;軍隊(duì)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)層面,在緊跟新軍事變革步伐中實(shí)現(xiàn)"強(qiáng)軍夢"。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the strategic function of China's military diplomacy from the perspective of "Chinese Dream": the international strategic level, the contribution to the construction of "win-win world", the national interest level,To create an overall national security environment of mutual trust and cooperation; to realize the "dream of strengthening the armed forces" in keeping up with the pace of new military reform at the level of military modernization.
