【摘要】：本文從實(shí)現(xiàn)"中國(guó)夢(mèng)"視角對(duì)中國(guó)軍事外交戰(zhàn)略功能進(jìn)行三個(gè)層面的闡釋:國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略層面,為建設(shè)"合作共贏世界"做貢獻(xiàn);國(guó)家利益層面,營(yíng)造互信合作的總體國(guó)家安全環(huán)境;軍隊(duì)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)層面,在緊跟新軍事變革步伐中實(shí)現(xiàn)"強(qiáng)軍夢(mèng)"。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the strategic function of China's military diplomacy from the perspective of "Chinese Dream": the international strategic level, the contribution to the construction of "win-win world", the national interest level,To create an overall national security environment of mutual trust and cooperation; to realize the "dream of strengthening the armed forces" in keeping up with the pace of new military reform at the level of military modernization.
