【摘要】： 在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化迅猛發(fā)展的當(dāng)下,各國(guó)都有區(qū)域合作的愿望并已經(jīng)付諸于行動(dòng)。與歐洲一體化及北美自由貿(mào)易區(qū)相比,東亞區(qū)域合作還處于起步階段,其原因在于作為東亞地區(qū)的中國(guó)和日本,這兩個(gè)大國(guó)的之間還持有“零和”與“博弈”的觀念。因此,中日兩國(guó)應(yīng)該不斷地調(diào)整和修改自己的策略,加強(qiáng)彼此的政治互信、拓寬兩國(guó)民眾的交往和溝通,增進(jìn)相互之間的了解,消除隔閡,推動(dòng)中日關(guān)系朝著友好互信、合作雙贏的方向發(fā)展。這不僅有利于兩國(guó)關(guān)系的健康發(fā)展,還對(duì)推動(dòng)?xùn)|亞區(qū)域合作也有著重要意義。同時(shí),東亞區(qū)域合作對(duì)中日關(guān)系的發(fā)展也有著重要的影響。東亞區(qū)域合作不但可以加強(qiáng)中日間的民間交往、形成積極的角色身份認(rèn)知、從而建立中日互信機(jī)制,而且有利于構(gòu)建東亞集體認(rèn)同,推動(dòng)?xùn)|亞一體化的進(jìn)程。因此研究東亞區(qū)域合作與中日關(guān)系的互動(dòng)有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義： 論文分為四個(gè)部分對(duì)東亞區(qū)域合作與中日關(guān)系的互動(dòng)進(jìn)行分析： 第一部分：東亞區(qū)域合作與中日關(guān)系的互動(dòng)形成。東亞地區(qū)也建立了10+3、東亞峰會(huì)等多種區(qū)域或次區(qū)域的合作機(jī)制。與此同時(shí),中日也經(jīng)歷著角色身份的轉(zhuǎn)變。東亞區(qū)域合作為中日關(guān)系打造新的平臺(tái),同時(shí)中日關(guān)系也影響著東亞區(qū)域合作的進(jìn)展。 第二部分：東亞區(qū)域合作對(duì)中日關(guān)系的影響。詳細(xì)的闡釋了東亞區(qū)域合作的多邊機(jī)制和東亞共識(shí)對(duì)兩國(guó)關(guān)系的重要推動(dòng)作用。中日在東亞區(qū)域合作的進(jìn)程中存在著多方面的分歧,導(dǎo)致中日陷入安全困境。 第三部分：中日關(guān)系的兩面性對(duì)東亞區(qū)域合作的影響。中日對(duì)手、敵人的角色認(rèn)知心態(tài)表現(xiàn)在區(qū)域交往的多個(gè)方面,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系阻礙了東亞區(qū)域合作的發(fā)展。但是我們也應(yīng)該看到中日關(guān)系中合作的一面,中日合作關(guān)系將是是東亞區(qū)域合作的不竭動(dòng)力。 第四部分：東亞區(qū)域合作與中日關(guān)系的互動(dòng)前景。東亞區(qū)域合作的發(fā)展速度將會(huì)加快,這進(jìn)有利于中日加強(qiáng)協(xié)商,建立長(zhǎng)期對(duì)等的對(duì)話機(jī)制,發(fā)展中日友好關(guān)系。中日關(guān)系將保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中深化合作的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。中日合作關(guān)系的深入發(fā)展有利于東亞共同體的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, all countries have the desire of regional cooperation and have already put into practice.Compared with European integration and North American Free Trade area, East Asian regional cooperation is still in its infancy. The reason is that China and Japan, as East Asian countries, still hold the concept of "zero sum" and "game" between these two big countries.Therefore, China and Japan should constantly adjust and revise their own strategies, strengthen mutual political mutual trust, broaden exchanges and communication between the people of the two countries, enhance mutual understanding, eliminate the estrangement, and push China-Japan relations towards friendship and mutual trust.Cooperation and win-win development.This is not only conducive to the healthy development of bilateral relations, but also to the promotion of regional cooperation in East Asia.At the same time, regional cooperation in East Asia also has an important impact on the development of Sino-Japanese relations.Regional cooperation in East Asia can not only strengthen the folk exchanges between China and Japan, but also establish the mutual trust mechanism between China and Japan, and promote the process of East Asian integration.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the interaction between East Asian regional cooperation and Sino-Japanese relations.The paper is divided into four parts to analyze the interaction between East Asia regional cooperation and Sino-Japanese relations.The first part: the formation of the interaction between East Asia regional cooperation and Sino-Japanese relations.East Asia has also established 10 3, East Asia Summit and other regional or subregional cooperation mechanisms.At the same time, China and Japan also experienced the transformation of role identity.Regional cooperation in East Asia creates a new platform for Sino-Japanese relations, and Sino-Japanese relations also affect the progress of regional cooperation in East Asia.The second part: the influence of East Asian regional cooperation on Sino-Japanese relations.The multilateral mechanism of regional cooperation in East Asia and the important role of the East Asian consensus in promoting the relationship between the two countries are explained in detail.There are many differences between China and Japan in the process of regional cooperation in East Asia, which leads to the security dilemma between China and Japan.The third part: the influence of the two sides of Sino-Japanese relations on East Asia regional cooperation.The role cognition mentality of Chinese and Japanese adversaries is manifested in many aspects of regional communication, and the competitive relationship hinders the development of regional cooperation in East Asia.The fourth part: the prospect of interaction between East Asia regional cooperation and Sino-Japanese relations.The development of regional cooperation in East Asia will be accelerated, which will help China and Japan to strengthen consultations, establish a long-term reciprocal dialogue mechanism, and develop friendly relations between China and Japan.Sino-Japanese relations will maintain the development trend of deepening cooperation in competition.The further development of Sino-Japanese cooperative relations is conducive to the construction of the East Asian Community.
