【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全是美印合作中的又一關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域。2015年8月11-12日,美印第四輪網(wǎng)絡(luò)對話在華盛頓舉行。這是兩國自2006年1月中斷網(wǎng)絡(luò)對話近10年之后首次重啟。相互的利益需求是美印網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全合作日趨機(jī)制化并逐漸深化的根本推動因素。本文將首先梳理美印網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全合作的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,然后分析兩國網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全合作的內(nèi)在動因和客觀基礎(chǔ),并對兩國網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全合作的發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行研判。
[Abstract]:On August 11 - 12 , 2015 , the fourth round of U.S . - India network dialogue was held in Washington . It was the first time that the two countries resumed their network dialogue in January 2006 for the first time since the last 10 years . The mutual interests demand is the fundamental driving factor for the development of network security cooperation in India and India . This paper will first sort out the development status quo of network security cooperation in India and India , and then analyze the intrinsic motivation and objective basis of the network security cooperation of the two countries , and then study the development prospect of the cooperation between the two countries .
