【摘要】：在全球化的今天，區(qū)域一體化已經(jīng)成為很多國家發(fā)展的趨勢和選擇的必由路徑。在全球各地的一體化進程中，，出現(xiàn)了很多成功的區(qū)域一體化組織，例如北美自由貿(mào)易區(qū)和東盟等。歐盟則作為全世界范圍內(nèi)最主要和最成功的一體化組織，被很多人作為參考的榜樣。東亞國家在全球化的大背景下，也有進行區(qū)域一體化的必要性和可能性。歐盟作為已經(jīng)成功的例子，值得我們分析借鑒其經(jīng)驗和教訓，用來更好的指引東亞一體化之路。 本文正文共分四個部分。 第一部分著重介紹區(qū)域一體化的現(xiàn)狀，包括全球化背景下區(qū)域主義的形成，歐洲一體化的概況和東亞一體化的概況，并側(cè)重從歷史和理論的角度對歐洲一體化的進程加以說明，以達到對東亞一體化的指導目的。 第二部分主要介紹歐洲一體化與東亞一體化的異同。從相同點來看，歐洲和亞洲的一體化動因都是因為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需求與牽制霸權(quán)和政治合作的需要；從不同點來看，二者在地緣政治、意識形態(tài)和以社會文化、身份認同和宗教信仰等為主要內(nèi)容的文化認同方面都有各自的特點。 第三部分著重探討歐洲一體化對東亞一體化的借鑒與啟示。主要從三方面進行分析：第一是歐盟的政治機構(gòu)的設置；第二是歐盟在安全合作方面的成就；第三則是歐盟的東擴戰(zhàn)略的影響和面臨的問題，然后就此推演出東亞一體化應當引以為鑒的要素。 第四部分主要討論在新世紀東亞共同體的構(gòu)建前景。對東亞共同體構(gòu)建的分析分為三個角度：安全視角、地緣政治視角和經(jīng)濟合作視角。三者的有機統(tǒng)一能夠使東亞一體化盡早的產(chǎn)出一個能夠在多層面推進和協(xié)調(diào)一體化合作的國際化組織，也能夠使東亞的一體化進程更加有序穩(wěn)定。 本文基于對歐洲的一體化進程的多方面分析，試圖探尋其原因、路徑以及結(jié)構(gòu)性和制度性的積極因素和消極因素，以期能夠為東亞的一體化進程有一個整體上的指引作用，并把歐洲的一體化理論拿到東亞來，進行實踐，構(gòu)建出具有東亞特色的一體化組織，為東亞國家的共同發(fā)展造福。
[Abstract]:In today's globalization, regional integration has become the trend and choice of many countries.In the global integration process, there are many successful regional integration organizations, such as the North American Free Trade area and ASEAN.The European Union, as the world's leading and most successful integration organization, has been used by many as a model.Under the background of globalization, East Asian countries also have the necessity and possibility of regional integration.As a successful example, the EU is worth analyzing and learning from its experiences and lessons to better guide the road of East Asian integration.The text of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part focuses on the present situation of regional integration, including the formation of regionalism in the context of globalization, the general situation of European integration and the general situation of East Asian integration, as well as the historical and theoretical aspects of the process of European integration.In order to achieve the guiding goal of East Asian integration.The second part mainly introduces the similarities and differences between European integration and East Asian integration.From the same point of view, the integration of Europe and Asia is driven by the demand of economic development and the need to restrain hegemony and political cooperation.Identity and religious belief as the main content of cultural identity have their own characteristics.The third part focuses on the reference and enlightenment of European integration to East Asian integration.It is mainly analyzed from three aspects: first, the establishment of the political institutions of the EU; second, the achievements of the EU in security cooperation; and third, the impact of the EU's eastward expansion strategy and the problems it faces.And then extrapolate the elements of East Asian integration that should be learned.The fourth part mainly discusses the construction prospect of East Asian Community in the new century.The analysis of East Asian Community is divided into three angles: security perspective, geopolitical perspective and economic cooperation perspective.The organic unification of the three can make the East Asian integration produce an international organization which can promote and coordinate the integration and cooperation at many levels, and can also make the integration process of East Asia more orderly and stable.Based on the analysis of various aspects of the integration process in Europe, this paper attempts to explore its causes, paths, structural and institutional positive and negative factors, in order to guide the integration process in East Asia as a whole.The integration theory of Europe is put into practice in East Asia, and the integration organization with East Asian characteristics is constructed, which will benefit the common development of East Asian countries.
