【摘要】：國家利益是我國處理國際事務(wù)的最高準(zhǔn)則,如何把握國家利益的實(shí)質(zhì),對(duì)政府確立對(duì)外政策提供正確的依據(jù)和實(shí)現(xiàn)國家利益,都具有積極和現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。當(dāng)前中國的發(fā)展處在一個(gè)新時(shí)期,世界局勢(shì)也處在一個(gè)新時(shí)期。雖然和平與發(fā)展是當(dāng)今時(shí)代的主題,國家問的合作在國際社會(huì)顯得愈加重要,但國際局勢(shì)仍很復(fù)雜,中日兩國都面臨一系列重大挑戰(zhàn),在這樣的背景下,中日兩國更應(yīng)加強(qiáng)溝通和合作。中日兩國開展互利互惠合作是時(shí)代的要求,是國際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)格局調(diào)整的需求,也是兩國發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。能否正確處理和推動(dòng)中日關(guān)系向有利于中國進(jìn)一步發(fā)展、向有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興方向發(fā)展,是中國和平發(fā)展道路上必須面對(duì)、也必須解決的難題。 本文從中日關(guān)系歷史發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵入手,闡明中日關(guān)系所包含的基本內(nèi)容,總結(jié)了建國以后中日兩國在不同歷史時(shí)期的政治關(guān)系、經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系和文化關(guān)系。隨后對(duì)中日關(guān)系中的主要的國家利益進(jìn)行分析,列舉了中國對(duì)日關(guān)系中的國家利益和日本對(duì)華關(guān)系中的國家利益,概述了中日共同利益的戰(zhàn)略框架、分析了中日兩國在經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的共同利益、中日兩國在安全領(lǐng)域的共同利益和中日兩國在文化領(lǐng)域的共同利益,闡述了中日兩國的利益分歧和主要障礙,分析了中日關(guān)系的發(fā)展方向,最后對(duì)維護(hù)中國國家利益,推進(jìn)中日關(guān)系的前景做出展望,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出新時(shí)期中國對(duì)日外交戰(zhàn)略選擇,力爭(zhēng)為發(fā)展中日友好關(guān)系提供借鑒和幫助。在具體方法上采用文獻(xiàn)研究和理論研究相結(jié)合、歷史研究和比較研究相結(jié)合的方法。 中日兩大鄰邦“合則兩利,斗則俱傷”,對(duì)話與交流、互惠與合作、調(diào)整與振蕩是新時(shí)期中日關(guān)系發(fā)展的基本走向。形勢(shì)的客觀變化要求政策思路的同步調(diào)整,對(duì)日政策的評(píng)估應(yīng)以國家利益的最大化為指針。研究日本外交思想,了解日本國家對(duì)外戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的戰(zhàn)略文化基礎(chǔ),并分析日本對(duì)華戰(zhàn)略,探討中日之問如何建構(gòu)“戰(zhàn)略互惠關(guān)系”,探討如何改善中日關(guān)系,對(duì)中國來說具有重要的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:National interest is the highest standard of handling international affairs in our country. How to grasp the essence of national interest and provide the correct basis for the government to establish foreign policy and realize the national interest have positive and realistic significance.At present, China's development is in a new period, and the world situation is also in a new period.Despite the fact that peace and development are the theme of the present era and that cooperation between countries is becoming more and more important in the international community, the international situation is still very complex. Both China and Japan are facing a series of major challenges. Against this background, China and Japan are facing a series of major challenges.China and Japan should strengthen communication and cooperation.The mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Japan is the requirement of the times, the adjustment of the international political and economic pattern, and the practical need of the development of the two countries.Whether we can correctly handle and promote the development of Sino-Japanese relations in favor of China's further development and toward the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is a difficult problem that must be faced and solved on the road of China's peaceful development.Starting with the connotation of the historical development of Sino-Japanese relations, this paper expounds the basic contents of Sino-Japanese relations, and summarizes the political, economic and cultural relations between China and Japan in different historical periods after the founding of the people's Republic of China.Then it analyzes the main national interests in the Sino-Japanese relations, enumerates the national interests of China's relations with Japan and the national interests of Japan's relations with China, and outlines the strategic framework of the common interests of China and Japan.This paper analyzes the common interests of China and Japan in the economic field, the common interests of China and Japan in the field of security and the common interests of China and Japan in the field of culture, and expounds the differences of interests and main obstacles between China and Japan.The development direction of Sino-Japanese relations is analyzed. Finally, the prospect of safeguarding China's national interests and promoting Sino-Japanese relations is prospected. On this basis, the strategic choice of China's diplomacy to Japan in the new period is put forward.Strive to provide reference and help for the development of friendly relations between China and Japan.In the concrete method, the literature research and the theory research are combined, the historical research and the comparative study are combined.The basic trend of the development of Sino-Japanese relations in the new period is that the two major neighboring countries of China and Japan "combine the interests of the two sides, and fight against each other". Dialogue and exchange, reciprocity and cooperation, adjustment and oscillation are the basic trends of the development of Sino-Japanese relations in the new period.The objective change of the situation requires the synchronous adjustment of the policy thinking, and the evaluation of the Japanese policy should be guided by the maximization of the national interests.To study Japan's diplomatic thoughts, to understand the strategic and cultural basis of Japan's foreign strategic transformation, and to analyze Japan's strategy towards China, to explore how to construct a "strategic reciprocal relationship" between China and Japan, and to discuss how to improve Sino-Japanese relations.It has important practical value for China.
