【摘要】：2015年11月12日,瀾滄江—湄公河合作首次外長(zhǎng)會(huì)議在云南景洪順利舉行,標(biāo)志瀾湄合作機(jī)制正式成立。瀾湄合作機(jī)制的成立是中國(guó)推動(dòng)次區(qū)域深化合作的又一創(chuàng)舉,將有力助推"一帶一路"倡議在我國(guó)周邊地區(qū)順利實(shí)施。盡管瀾湄合作機(jī)制已取得部分成果,但依然面臨新老機(jī)制協(xié)調(diào)乏力、湄公河流域國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施落后、社會(huì)不穩(wěn)等問(wèn)題。中國(guó)應(yīng)明確瀾湄合作機(jī)制定位,重點(diǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)與老撾、泰國(guó)、柬埔寨三國(guó)的合作,拓寬合作渠道,促進(jìn)瀾湄合作機(jī)制取得突破性進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:On November 12, 2015, the first Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Foreign Ministers' meeting was successfully held in Jinghong, Yunnan Province, marking the formal establishment of the Lanmae Cooperation Mechanism. The establishment of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Mechanism is another pioneering initiative of China in promoting further cooperation in the sub-region. "Belt and Road" initiative will be able to promote the smooth implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative in the surrounding areas of our country. Although the Lan Mei cooperation mechanism has achieved some results, it still faces a lack of coordination between the old and new mechanisms and the backward infrastructure of the Mekong River basin countries. China should clearly define the position of Lan Mei cooperation mechanism, focus on cooperation with Laos, Thailand and Cambodia, broaden channels of cooperation, and promote breakthrough progress in Lan Mei cooperation mechanism.
