【摘要】： 中日兩國的關(guān)系正常與否關(guān)系到東亞乃至世界的和平與發(fā)展。冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,文化的重要作用日漸浮現(xiàn),從塞繆爾·亨廷頓的《文明的沖突與世界秩序的重建》到約瑟夫·奈提出的“軟實力”戰(zhàn)略,無一不展示出文化這一軟實力的獨特作用。本文從文化外交的定義和特征出發(fā),同時介紹了文化外交在冷戰(zhàn)前后的演變,描述文化外交的歷史意義,并據(jù)此介紹了中國以“和”為主基調(diào)的文化傳統(tǒng)以及日本“菊”與“刀”的矛盾文化傳統(tǒng),從兩國各自的傳統(tǒng)文化中找出兩國關(guān)系演變的文化淵源。日本對中國的文化外交策略一直隨著世界形勢以及中國經(jīng)濟情況的變化而調(diào)整,而且其采用的形式也不斷多樣化,企圖向中國民眾灌輸其價值觀。中國的文化外交則是以中華傳統(tǒng)文化為載體,通過政府組織或民間文化交往而展開的、為達到在世界范圍內(nèi)促進和平的一種外交活動,有著自身的發(fā)展歷程及特點,其展開也有著獨特的歷史意義。本文著重說明了現(xiàn)階段中國文化外交的制約因素及中國應(yīng)對日本文化外交侵襲的發(fā)展方略,那就是中國要以經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展作保障,不斷完善文化創(chuàng)新能力,增強兩國交流與合作,力爭使我國的文化外交能夠中日關(guān)系中最大限度地起到維護國家利益,促進兩國關(guān)系和平發(fā)展的作用。
[Abstract]:The relationship between China and Japan is related to the peace and development of East Asia and the world.After the end of the Cold War, the important role of culture emerged day by day, from Samuel Huntington's the conflict of Civilization and the Reconstruction of World order to Joseph Nye's "soft power" strategy.All show the unique role of the soft power of culture.Based on the definition and characteristics of cultural diplomacy, this paper introduces the evolution of cultural diplomacy before and after the Cold War, and describes the historical significance of cultural diplomacy.Based on this, the author introduces the Chinese cultural tradition of "harmony" and the contradictory cultural tradition of "chrysanthemum" and "Dao" in Japan, and finds out the cultural origin of the evolution of the relationship between the two countries from their respective traditional cultures.Japan's cultural diplomacy to China has been adjusted with the changes of the world situation and China's economic situation, and its forms are constantly diversified in an attempt to inculcate its values into the Chinese people.China's cultural diplomacy is based on the traditional Chinese culture and is carried out through governmental organizations or folk cultural exchanges. In order to achieve a diplomatic activity to promote peace in the world, it has its own development process and characteristics.Its development also has the unique historical significance.This paper emphatically explains the restrictive factors of China's cultural diplomacy at the present stage and the development strategy of China's response to the invasion of Japanese cultural diplomacy, that is, China should take the economic development as a guarantee, constantly improve its cultural innovation ability, and enhance exchanges and cooperation between the two countries.China's cultural diplomacy can play the role of safeguarding national interests and promoting the peaceful development of Sino-Japanese relations to the maximum extent.
