【摘要】：菲律賓條約界限是現(xiàn)代菲律賓國家領(lǐng)土形成的重要法理與歷史依據(jù),劃定了菲律賓領(lǐng)土的基本范圍。其前身是1898年美西《巴黎和約》提出的"巴黎和約線",后經(jīng)三次局部變動,最終演變成菲律賓條約界限并固化,而不能再外擴(kuò)至其他島礁。條約界限正式構(gòu)建了美屬菲律賓的疆界,這一領(lǐng)土范圍為獨立后的菲律賓所繼承。菲律賓宣稱對南沙群島的部分島礁和黃巖島享有主權(quán),根本是站不住腳的。
[Abstract]:The treaty boundary of the Philippines is an important legal and historical basis for the formation of the modern Philippine national territory and delimits the basic scope of the Philippine territory. Its predecessor was the "Paris Peace Line" put forward by the Treaty of Peace between the United States and the West in 1898, which has undergone three local changes since then. Eventually evolved into and solidified the treaty boundaries of the Philippines, and could no longer be extended to other islands and reefs. The treaty boundaries formalized the boundaries of the United States Philippines, The territory is inherited by the independent Philippines, which claims sovereignty over some of the Spratly Islands' reefs and Huangyan Islands.
