【摘要】：正2013年國際形勢繼續(xù)調(diào)整、變化,發(fā)展趨勢的階段性特征凸顯,"南升北降"勢頭減弱;各國新政府調(diào)整內(nèi)外政策,大國互動(dòng)加強(qiáng);美遭受多重挫折,但未動(dòng)搖其全球主導(dǎo)地位;中國周邊形勢趨穩(wěn),國際影響力大幅提升。一、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇放緩,進(jìn)入深度轉(zhuǎn)型調(diào)整期世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增速下滑。2013年10月國際貨幣基金組織預(yù)測:2013年世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增速為2.9%,比2012年下降0.3個(gè)百分點(diǎn);發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)體增速為1.2%,同比下降0.3個(gè)百分點(diǎn),其中,美增長率為1.6%,同比下降1.2個(gè)百分點(diǎn);新興市場與發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟(jì)體增速為4.5%,同比下降0.4個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the international situation continued to adjust, changing, the stage characteristics of the development trend highlighted, the momentum of "south rise and north decline" weakened; the new governments of various countries adjusted their internal and external policies, and the interaction between big countries strengthened; the United States suffered many setbacks, but did not shake its global dominant position;China's surrounding situation has stabilized and international influence has increased substantially.First, the world economic recovery has slowed, and the world economy has declined in the period of deep transition adjustment. In October 2013, the International Monetary Fund forecast that the world economy would grow at 2.9 percent in 2013, 0.3 percentage points lower than in 2012;Developed economies grew at 1.2 percentage points, down 0.3 percentage points from a year earlier, with the United States growing at 1.6 percentage points, down 1.2 percentage points from the same period last year, and emerging markets and developing economies at 4.5 percentage points, down 0.4 percentage points from the same period a year earlier.
