【摘要】：在東北亞復(fù)雜的局勢下,2013年韓國總統(tǒng)樸槿惠成功地進(jìn)行了對華國事訪問,得到中方的高度重視。自1992年建交以來,韓中關(guān)系獲得了令人矚目的發(fā)展,兩國構(gòu)建了戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系。盡管如此,近幾年來,因缺乏相互信任和戰(zhàn)略溝通,兩國戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系的實質(zhì)效果遭到了質(zhì)疑。在2013年6月27日,樸槿惠總統(tǒng)與習(xí)近平主席的首腦會議中,雙方針對兩國交流中存在的不足部分提出了諸多解決方案,本次會談應(yīng)該說是一次非常成功的會面。中國認(rèn)為今后10年是實現(xiàn)中國夢的戰(zhàn)略機會。韓國作為中等國家(Middle Power),也將通過與國際社會的合作,致力于韓半島(朝鮮半島——編者注,下同。)的和平與繁榮,積極促進(jìn)基于信任的對外政策。在這種情況下,韓國和中國在安全及經(jīng)濟等多個領(lǐng)域的相互合作將持續(xù)擴大。
[Abstract]:In the complex situation in Northeast Asia, South Korean President Park Geun-hye made a successful state visit to China in 2013, which has received great attention from China. Since the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1992, Korea-China relations have achieved remarkable development. Despite the lack of mutual trust and strategic communication in recent years, the substantive effectiveness of the strategic partnership between the two countries has been questioned. On June 27, 2013, At the summit meeting between President Park Geun-hye and President Xi Jinping, the two sides put forward a number of solutions to the deficiencies in the exchanges between the two countries. The talks should be described as a very successful meeting. China sees the next 10 years as a strategic opportunity to realize Chinese Dream. South Korea, as a medium-sized country, will also devote itself to the Korean Peninsula through cooperation with the international community. In this case, South Korea and China will continue to expand their mutual cooperation in various fields, such as security and economy.
