【摘要】：朝鮮半島的中立化統(tǒng)一,是朝鮮停戰(zhàn)初期艾森豪威爾政府曾經(jīng)考慮過的一種統(tǒng)一方案。該方案主張以韓國為基礎(chǔ)統(tǒng)一朝鮮半島,統(tǒng)一后的韓國則實(shí)行中立,同時(shí)美國軍隊(duì)撤出韓國,不再和韓國締結(jié)同盟條約。然而,該方案由于美國軍方及韓國的強(qiáng)烈反對(duì),自出臺(tái)就沒有真正實(shí)施。伴隨著朝鮮半島形勢(shì)的演化,尤其是日內(nèi)瓦會(huì)議的失敗,美國最終放棄了中立化統(tǒng)一韓國的方案。該方案只是美國的單方構(gòu)想,一定程度上是美國政府內(nèi)部對(duì)李承晚抵制停戰(zhàn)的一種情緒反應(yīng)。因而,缺乏對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)情況的客觀評(píng)估,其最終命運(yùn)反映了激烈對(duì)抗的冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)代,中立化統(tǒng)一朝鮮半島的方案不切實(shí)際。
[Abstract]:The neutralization and reunification of the Korean peninsula is a kind of reunification plan considered by the Eisenhower administration in the early days of the Korean armistice. This proposal advocates the reunification of the Korean peninsula on the basis of South Korea, while the reunified South Korea is neutral. At the same time, US troops withdrew from South Korea and no longer entered into an alliance treaty with South Korea. However, due to strong opposition from the US military and South Korea, the plan has not been implemented since its inception. With the evolution of the situation on the Korean Peninsula, In particular, after the failure of the Geneva conference, the United States finally abandoned the proposal to neutralize the reunification of South Korea. This proposal is only a unilateral idea of the United States and is partly an emotional reaction within the United States Government to Li Seung-Man 's boycott of the armistice. In the absence of an objective assessment of the actual situation, its ultimate fate reflects the Cold War era of fierce confrontation, and the neutralization of the reunification of the Korean peninsula is impractical.
