【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)后,美國(guó)延續(xù)"民主擴(kuò)展"傳統(tǒng),建立了多家涉俄非政府組織,這些非政府組織大體上都以"歐亞"命名并從歐亞大陸視角審視俄羅斯,開(kāi)展了形式多樣的活動(dòng),深刻影響了包括俄羅斯在內(nèi)的前蘇聯(lián)國(guó)家。同時(shí)美國(guó)也扶持俄羅斯政治流亡者在美國(guó)建立非政府組織,協(xié)助他們從事批判俄羅斯現(xiàn)政權(quán)的活動(dòng)。美國(guó)的行為逐漸引起俄羅斯政府的警惕,最終俄羅斯頒布法律驅(qū)逐了大批美國(guó)非政府組織,并通過(guò)培育自己的智庫(kù)、改善對(duì)外宣傳、收留斯諾登等手段來(lái)反制美國(guó)。非政府組織領(lǐng)域的斗爭(zhēng)見(jiàn)證了俄羅斯由亂而治的國(guó)家發(fā)展歷程,也體現(xiàn)了俄美關(guān)系的演變。
[Abstract]:After the Cold War, the United States continued the tradition of "democratic expansion" and established a number of Russian-related non-governmental organizations. These non-governmental organizations were named after "Eurasia" in general and examined Russia from the perspective of Eurasia and carried out various activities. It had a profound impact on former Soviet countries, including Russia. At the same time, the United States also supported Russian political exiles to set up non-governmental organizations in the United States. Assisting them in their activities to criticize the current Russian regime. The United States' behavior gradually aroused the Russian Government's vigilance. Finally, Russia issued laws to expel a large number of American non-governmental organizations, and improved foreign propaganda by cultivating its own think tanks. The struggle in the field of non-governmental organizations witnessed the development of Russia's country from chaos to rule, and also reflected the evolution of Russian-American relations.
