【摘要】：G20峰會(huì)的成功舉辦為杭州帶來(lái)了百年一遇的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,如何把握這一機(jī)遇,接力G20峰會(huì)的成果,創(chuàng)新開辟全面提升城市國(guó)際化新的路徑和抓手,推進(jìn)杭州從1.5線城市向1線城市的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),是杭州需要研究和破解的重要戰(zhàn)略課題。同時(shí),全球城市化進(jìn)程加快,城市建設(shè)、城市化進(jìn)程、城市生活品質(zhì)等內(nèi)容成為世界城市共同面對(duì)的問題。然而縱觀當(dāng)前的國(guó)際城市聯(lián)盟或國(guó)際組織,基本聚焦于城市化進(jìn)程中的某一部分,尚未形以較為全面的視角研究城市發(fā)展的聯(lián)盟組織。以杭州為發(fā)起城市,創(chuàng)建"G20峰會(huì)城市聯(lián)盟",不僅有助于聯(lián)動(dòng)世界城市之力解決城市問題,唱響人力命運(yùn)共同體的理念,更是推進(jìn)杭州城市國(guó)際化的有效路徑和重要突破口。本設(shè)計(jì)以全面提升杭州國(guó)際化水平為主要目的。在相關(guān)理論的梳理,中外相關(guān)國(guó)際組織分析,歷屆G20峰會(huì)及舉辦城市的整理分析,杭州發(fā)起聯(lián)盟的SWOT分析的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行構(gòu)建聯(lián)盟的基本思路和框架設(shè)計(jì)。內(nèi)容包括聯(lián)盟性質(zhì)、聯(lián)盟宗旨、聯(lián)盟名稱、聯(lián)盟職能、組織架構(gòu)、聯(lián)盟章程、行動(dòng)方案、行動(dòng)口號(hào)等。
[Abstract]:The successful hosting of the G20 Summit has brought Hangzhou a development opportunity once in 100 years. How to grasp this opportunity, relay the results of the G20 Summit, and innovate and open up a new path and grasp to promote the internationalization of the city in an all-round way. To promote the transformation and upgrading of Hangzhou from 1.5 to 1 tier cities is an important strategic task for Hangzhou to study and solve. At the same time, the process of global urbanization is accelerated, urban construction and urbanization progress, The quality of urban life has become a common problem for the world's cities. However, looking at the current international cities alliance or international organizations, they basically focus on some part of the urbanization process. We have not yet formed an alliance to study urban development from a more comprehensive perspective. Taking Hangzhou as the launching city, the creation of the "G20 Summit cities Alliance" will not only help to link up the efforts of the world's cities to solve urban problems, but also to voice the idea of a community of human destiny. It is also an effective path and an important breakthrough to promote the internationalization of Hangzhou. The main purpose of this design is to promote the level of Hangzhou internationalization in an all-round way. On the basis of the analysis of the G20 summit and the organizing city, the SWOT analysis of Hangzhou's launching alliance, the basic ideas and framework design of constructing the alliance are carried out. The contents include the nature of the alliance, the purpose of the alliance, the name of the alliance, the function of the alliance, the organization structure, A coalition charter, action plan, action slogan, etc.
