【摘要】："新南南合作"興起于中國等發(fā)展中國家的崛起,是在新的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗、新的發(fā)展資源和新的發(fā)展制度重塑下的全球發(fā)展方案。一方面,"新南南合作"繼承了南南合作中不干涉內(nèi)政的政治遺產(chǎn),在新的全球發(fā)展時期強調(diào)尊重國家需求導(dǎo)向和互利互惠原則;另一方面,"新南南合作"在全球危機的背景下努力維護全球化的成果。中國已經(jīng)成為"新南南合作"的主要經(jīng)驗路徑。
