【摘要】：近一時期,國際關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾加劇并引發(fā)新危機新挑戰(zhàn),世界變得更不安寧。中國周邊領(lǐng)土主權(quán)爭端驟然升溫。美國"亞太再平衡"戰(zhàn)略加快實施,中美新型大國關(guān)系面臨新挑戰(zhàn)。烏克蘭危機導(dǎo)致歐洲重新成為大國對峙前沿。西亞北非極端恐暴勢力崛起牽動地區(qū)格局。西方重振勢頭增強,發(fā)展中國家崛起趨緩,世界經(jīng)濟雙增長格局更趨明朗,以變革求發(fā)展的潮流更加強勁。中國所處的周邊和國際環(huán)境中,不確定因素明顯增加,給中國維護(hù)發(fā)展所需的戰(zhàn)略機遇期帶來新的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:In the recent period, the structural contradictions in international relations have intensified and triggered new crises and new challenges, and the world has become more restless. Disputes over the sovereignty of China's neighboring territories have suddenly warmed up. The United States'"Asia-Pacific rebalancing" strategy has been accelerated. The new type of great power relationship between China and the United States is facing new challenges. The crisis in Ukraine has caused Europe to once again become the front line of the confrontation between great powers. The rise of extreme terrorist forces in West Asia and North Africa has affected the regional pattern. The momentum of Western revitalization has increased and the rise of developing countries has slowed down. The double growth pattern of the world economy is becoming clearer and the trend of seeking development through change is stronger. In China's surrounding and international environment, uncertainties have increased significantly, bringing new challenges to the period of strategic opportunities that China needs to maintain its development.
