【摘要】：《21世紀(jì)初中國與老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系研究》,從中國和老撾之間的國際貿(mào)易額、中國對(duì)老撾的國際直接投資額和國際援助額三個(gè)指標(biāo)出發(fā),運(yùn)用國際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的核心概念“公共產(chǎn)品”、“國際制度”、“經(jīng)濟(jì)與政治的關(guān)系”等對(duì)三個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行觀察和分析,考察了21世紀(jì)初的中國和老撾的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系及其特點(diǎn)和存在的問題。 文章一共分為四章,第一章分析了中國和老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系在過去十年里不斷推進(jìn)的背景、中老經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系不斷推進(jìn)的意義。文章認(rèn)為,1961年以來中國和老撾政治關(guān)系的不斷推進(jìn)、1961年以來中老兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)往來奠定的基礎(chǔ)是兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)在21世紀(jì)初不斷推進(jìn)的背景和原因；中老經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的發(fā)展和推進(jìn)對(duì)老撾、中國、中老關(guān)系都非常重要,此外,其對(duì)地區(qū)的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展也至關(guān)重要。 第二章通過對(duì)中國老撾之間在過去10年里國際貿(mào)易額、中國對(duì)老撾國際直接投資、國際援助額的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了中國和老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)往來不斷加強(qiáng)的原因,并對(duì)中國云南與老撾之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系作了特別的研究和分析。文章認(rèn)為中國和老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)合作取得了重大的進(jìn)展是得益于以下幾個(gè)因素：兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)性比較強(qiáng)、兩國政治關(guān)系的不斷推進(jìn)和深化、地區(qū)和次地區(qū)國際制度的變遷、兩國沿邊省份作為次國家政府積極參與經(jīng)濟(jì)合作和兩國出臺(tái)了一系列有利的政策。 第三章在第二章統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上闡釋了中國和老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系呈現(xiàn)的特點(diǎn)和繼續(xù)推進(jìn)面臨的挑戰(zhàn),不僅從總體上概述了中國和老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的總體特點(diǎn)和存在的問題,也分別對(duì)中國和老撾之間國際貿(mào)易、中國對(duì)老撾的國際直接投資和國際援助的特點(diǎn)和存在的問題進(jìn)行了闡述。 文章第四章分別從中國的視角、老撾的視角和中老兩國加強(qiáng)互動(dòng)的視角出發(fā),對(duì)中國和老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的前景和如何進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)中國和老撾之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了思考。
[Abstract]:A study on the Economic Relations between China and Laos at the beginning of the 21st Century. Starting from the international trade volume between China and Laos, China's international direct investment in Laos and the volume of international assistance, Using the core concepts of international political economy, such as "public goods", "international system" and "the relationship between economy and politics", this paper makes an observation and analysis of the three indexes, and examines the economic relations between China and Laos at the beginning of 21th century, as well as their characteristics and existing problems. The article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter analyzes the background of the continuous development of economic relations between China and Laos in the past ten years. The article holds that since 1961, the political relations between China and Laos have been advancing continuously, and since 1961, the foundation laid by the economic exchanges between China and Laos is the background and reason for the continuous economic advancement of the two countries at the beginning of 21th century. The development and promotion of economic relations between China and Laos are of great importance to Laos, China and China, as well as to the stability and development of the region. The second chapter analyzes the reasons for the increasing economic exchanges between China and Laos through statistics on the international trade volume between China and Laos in the past 10 years, China's international direct investment in Laos, and the amount of international aid. The paper also makes a special study and analysis of the economic relations between Yunnan and Laos. The paper holds that the great progress in economic cooperation between China and Laos is due to the following factors: the two countries' economies are highly complementary. With the continuous promotion and deepening of the political relations between the two countries and the changes of the regional and sub-regional international systems, the provinces along the border of the two countries, as sub-national governments, have actively participated in economic cooperation and issued a series of favorable policies. The third chapter explains the characteristics and challenges of the economic relations between China and Laos on the basis of the statistical analysis in the second chapter. It not only summarizes the overall characteristics and problems of the economic relations between China and Laos. International trade between China and Laos, the characteristics and problems of China's international direct investment and international aid in Laos are also discussed. In the fourth chapter, from the perspective of China, Laos and strengthening the interaction between China and Laos, the author thinks about the prospect of the economic relationship between China and Laos and how to further promote the economic relationship between China and Laos.
