【摘要】：2011年"阿拉伯之春"后的北非局勢陷入動蕩,為恐怖主義在該地區(qū)的擴展提供了機遇,秉持伊斯蘭極端組織教義的"基地"組織馬格里布分支不斷擴張,北非、中非、西非和東非面臨的反恐形勢日益嚴峻。本文主要探討了"基地"組織馬格里布分支在非洲的歷史源起和發(fā)展。通過分析過去數(shù)年"基地"組織馬格里布分支的襲擊和綁架事件,歸納了該組織在非洲的行為特點,并認為,經(jīng)歷了多年的發(fā)展"基地"組織馬格里布分支在活動地域上逐漸南移,在組織構成上更加"多元",在組織架構上不斷"碎化"。結合相關當事國和西方國家對非洲恐怖主義的應對策略,中國應當對"基地"組織馬格里布分支的擴張保持必要的警惕。
