【摘要】：正2016年11月30日,聯(lián)合國安理會一致通過第2321號決議,譴責(zé)朝鮮在2016年9月9日進行的核試驗,重申朝應(yīng)放棄核導(dǎo)計劃,立即停止相關(guān)活動。決議通過了迄今為止最嚴厲的對朝制裁措施,宣布對朝煤炭出口設(shè)定上限,禁止朝出口銅、鎳、銀、鋅等礦石,并對朝外交使團活動予以一定限制。聯(lián)合國秘書長潘基文表示,聯(lián)合國所有成員國有義務(wù)盡一切努力確保相關(guān)制
[Abstract]:On November 30th 2016, the United Nations Security Council unanimously adopted resolution 2321 condemning the nuclear test conducted by North Korea on September 9th 2016 and reiterating that the DPRK should abandon its nuclear missile program. The resolution passed the toughest sanctions against North Korea to date, announced a cap on North Korea's coal exports and banned the export of copper, nickel, silver, zinc and other minerals from North Korea. Ban Ki-moon, secretary-general of the United Nations, said all members of the United Nations have an obligation to make every effort to ensure that the relevant system.
