【摘要】：極地問題是國內(nèi)外學(xué)界關(guān)注的一個熱點與前沿問題,研究的成果豐碩,目前在中國已基本形成了三大分支派別:政策學(xué)研究、國際關(guān)系學(xué)研究和國際法學(xué)研究。其中政策學(xué)研究是目前最有影響的派別之一,代表性的著作成果有《極地國家政策研究報告(2012-2013)》,該研究報告具有鮮明的研究特點:一是"資源-利益-政策"的極地研究方法;二是清晰的極地國家利益概念;三是理論與實踐相結(jié)合的極地研究框架;四是極地研究內(nèi)容的深刻完整與現(xiàn)實性。其對學(xué)界的極地研究和中國政府的極地戰(zhàn)略決策具有重要參考價值。
[Abstract]:The polar problem is a hot topic and a leading issue in the academic circles at home and abroad. The research has been fruitful. At present, three major branches have been formed in China: the study of policy. The study of international relations and the study of international law, of which the study of policy is one of the most influential schools at present. The representative works include Polar National Policy Research report (2012-2013), which has distinct research characteristics: first, the polar research method of "Resource-benefit-Policy"; second, the clear concept of polar national interest; The third is the polar research framework which combines theory with practice, and the fourth is the profound integrity and reality of polar research, which has important reference value for the study of polar regions in academic circles and the polar strategic decision of Chinese government.
