【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,越美關(guān)系不斷升溫,兩國(guó)在政治,經(jīng)濟(jì)和軍事安全等領(lǐng)域都有著密切的合作。越美兩國(guó)日益接近除了各自的利益需求外,還有一個(gè)重要的因素就是中國(guó)因素。中國(guó)的迅速崛起使世界上唯一的超級(jí)大國(guó)美國(guó)和中國(guó)的鄰國(guó)越南都感到了危機(jī),因此兩國(guó)都希望借助對(duì)方的力量來(lái)遏制中國(guó)的發(fā)展。研究冷戰(zhàn)后越美關(guān)系中的中國(guó)因素,不僅有助于在理論上更深入地探討越美關(guān)系變化發(fā)展的影響因素,還可以使中國(guó)更好地了解越南和美國(guó)在東南亞的真實(shí)企圖,對(duì)中美和中越關(guān)系的發(fā)展有指導(dǎo)意義。 本文首先在回顧越美關(guān)系歷史的基礎(chǔ)上介紹了冷戰(zhàn)后越美關(guān)系的發(fā)展變化及趨勢(shì)。之后,文章分析了越美兩國(guó)政治外交關(guān)系和軍事安全中的中國(guó)因素,從中國(guó)崛起、美國(guó)的東南亞安全戰(zhàn)略及國(guó)家利益和越南的國(guó)家利益的角度探究冷戰(zhàn)后越美關(guān)系中中國(guó)因素存在的背景。最后,文章探討了中國(guó)因素對(duì)越美關(guān)系發(fā)展的作用和影響,包括中國(guó)因素對(duì)越美關(guān)系的推動(dòng)作用和中國(guó)因素對(duì)越美關(guān)系的制約作用。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the Cold War, Vietnam and the United States have been warming up their relations, and the two countries have had close cooperation in political, economic, and military security fields. The two countries are getting closer and closer to each other in addition to their respective interests and needs. Another important factor is the China factor. China's rapid rise has made the world's sole superpower, the United States, and China's neighbor, Vietnam, feel the crisis. Therefore, both countries hope to curb the development of China with the help of each other's strength. To study the Chinese factors in the relations between Vietnam and the United States after the Cold War is not only conducive to a more in-depth theoretical discussion of the factors affecting the changes and development of the relations between the United States and Vietnam. It can also help China better understand the true intentions of Vietnam and the United States in Southeast Asia, and has guiding significance for the development of Sino-U.S. and Sino-Vietnamese relations. On the basis of reviewing the history of the relations between Vietnam and the United States, this paper first introduces the development, changes and trends of the relations between the two countries after the Cold War. Then, the article analyzes the Chinese factors in the political and diplomatic relations and military security between the two countries, and rises from China. This paper explores the background of the Chinese factors in the relations between Vietnam and the United States after the Cold War from the perspective of the security strategy of the United States in Southeast Asia and the national interests of Vietnam. Finally, the article discusses the role and influence of the Chinese factors on the development of the relations between Vietnam and the United States. The influence of Chinese factors on the relationship between Vietnam and the United States and the restriction of Chinese factors on the relationship between Vietnam and the United States.
