【摘要】：正周恩來政府管理學(xué)院吳志成教授發(fā)表的《烏克蘭危機(jī)對歐洲秩序的影響》(《歐洲研究》2014年第6期)一文認(rèn)為,烏克蘭危機(jī)的不斷加劇不僅進(jìn)一步激化了俄烏之間的既有矛盾,牽動著國際社會特別是整個歐洲大陸的緊張神經(jīng),美歐與俄羅斯的博弈較量也從幕后走到了臺前。危機(jī)爆發(fā)以來,盡管國際社會積極尋求危機(jī)解決方案,俄烏兩國也在一些問題上達(dá)成初步協(xié)議,但在當(dāng)前形勢下依然很難明確判斷危機(jī)發(fā)展的
[Abstract]:The article entitled "the impact of the Ukrainian crisis on the European order" published by Professor Wu Zhicheng of Zhou Enlai's School of Government Management ("European Studies" No. 6 on 2014) holds that the deepening of the crisis in Ukraine has not only further intensified the existing contradictions between Russia and Ukraine, The tension of the international community, especially the entire European continent, has been affected, and the game between the United States and Europe and Russia has also moved from behind the scenes to the front stage. Since the outbreak of the crisis, although the international community has actively sought a solution to the crisis, Russia and Ukraine also reached preliminary agreement on some issues, but it is still difficult to clearly judge the development of the crisis in the current situation.
