【摘要】：第二屆安倍內(nèi)閣成立后,對俄展開積極外交,試圖與俄保持密切的政治聯(lián)系,在安全合作和經(jīng)濟合作上都有新突破,特別是在解決與俄領土爭端問題上,出現(xiàn)了與以往不同的思路和設想。日本對俄外交的新態(tài)勢反映其企圖乘俄陷入政治、經(jīng)濟困境和普京與安倍預期能長期執(zhí)政之機,解決久懸未決的領土問題;企圖分化中俄關系,構建包圍網(wǎng),加大對華戰(zhàn)略壓力。日俄領土爭端的解決受兩國國內(nèi)因素和國際環(huán)境因素的影響。兩國就領土問題進行接觸和談判,反映雙方有改善關系的愿望,但最終解決之路仍不平坦。美國因素和東亞力量平衡的變化對日俄領土問題和日俄關系走向將產(chǎn)生重要影響。
[Abstract]:After the establishment of the second Abe Cabinet, he launched active diplomacy with Russia, tried to maintain close political ties with Russia, and made new breakthroughs in security cooperation and economic cooperation, especially in the settlement of territorial disputes with Russia. The new situation of Japan's diplomacy with Russia reflects its intention to take advantage of Russia's political and economic difficulties and the chance that Putin and Abe will be able to govern for a long time to resolve the long-pending territorial issue; In an attempt to divide Sino-Russian relations, build an encirclement network, and increase strategic pressure on China. The settlement of the Japan-Russian territorial dispute is affected by domestic factors and international environmental factors of the two countries. The two countries engage in contacts and negotiations on the territorial issue. This reflects the desire of both sides to improve their relations, but the road to a final settlement is still not smooth. The changes in the American factor and the balance of power in East Asia will have an important impact on the territorial issue between Japan and Russia and the trend of Japanese-Russian relations.
