【摘要】：近年來,隨著中國快速崛起,中國日益展現(xiàn)出國際擔(dān)當(dāng),不斷貢獻(xiàn)新的公共產(chǎn)品。在此背景下,人類命運(yùn)共同體已經(jīng)成為新時(shí)期中國外交的新理念。非洲與中國有著深厚的傳統(tǒng)友誼,在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略上又高度契合,所以"中非從來都是命運(yùn)共同體"。與此同時(shí),中非命運(yùn)共同體也需要不斷地充實(shí)和發(fā)展,在構(gòu)建中非命運(yùn)共同體的過程中,必須正視其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與挑戰(zhàn),將中非雙方的戰(zhàn)略利益緊密結(jié)合起來,密切關(guān)注非洲的新變化和新需求,切實(shí)做到合作共贏、共同發(fā)展和命運(yùn)與共。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid rise of China, China has increasingly displayed international responsibility and continued to contribute new public goods. The Community of Human Destiny has become a new concept of China's diplomacy in the new era. Africa and China have a profound traditional friendship and a high degree of agreement in their development strategy, so "China and Africa have always been the Community of Destiny." at the same time, The Central African Destiny Community also needs to be constantly enriched and developed. In the process of constructing the Community, we must face up to its risks and challenges, closely integrate the strategic interests of the two sides, and pay close attention to the new changes and new needs in Africa. Truly achieve win-win cooperation, common development and destiny and common.
