【摘要】：正為保障各國(guó)和人民享有均等發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),發(fā)展權(quán)作為一項(xiàng)基本人權(quán)已逐步為國(guó)際社會(huì)所認(rèn)同。但長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),受不公正國(guó)際秩序和西方部分國(guó)家的阻撓,發(fā)展權(quán)的實(shí)現(xiàn)仍然困難重重。當(dāng)前,聯(lián)合國(guó)正在制定發(fā)展權(quán)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),勢(shì)必會(huì)對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家的未來(lái)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響,需要引起我們高度重視。發(fā)展權(quán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定背景和基本內(nèi)容
[Abstract]:In order to guarantee equal opportunities for development for all States and peoples, the right to development, as a fundamental human right, has gradually been recognized by the international community. However, it has long been obstructed by an unjust international order and by parts of the West, The realization of the right to development remains difficult. At present, the United Nations is formulating international standards on the right to development, which are bound to have far-reaching implications for the future development of developing countries, The background and basic elements of the development of the right to development criteria need to be brought to our attention.
