【摘要】：中國(guó)與菲律賓之間的領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端已經(jīng)直接影響到東南亞地區(qū)的安全穩(wěn)定，威脅到亞太地區(qū)各國(guó)的和平發(fā)展，因而備受學(xué)界關(guān)注。本文旨在從“合作安全”觀視角，運(yùn)用國(guó)際政治學(xué)、歷史學(xué)交叉學(xué)科的研究方法，剖析中菲領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端問題。 本文主要分為四部分。 第一部分，主要陳述“合作安全”觀的相關(guān)理論。“合作安全”是一種適應(yīng)世界發(fā)展潮流的新型安全觀，對(duì)中國(guó)與菲律賓領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端個(gè)案也是如此。雙方可以立足于合作基礎(chǔ)上真正做到雙贏。 第二部分，主要以中菲黃巖島領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端為基點(diǎn)，從意識(shí)形態(tài)與經(jīng)濟(jì)利益視角來剖析中菲之間領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端問題的原因。藉此，，只有通過“合作安全”途徑，才能協(xié)調(diào)各方、解決矛盾。 第三部分，探析建立中菲“合作安全”對(duì)話平臺(tái)的障礙因素。一方面，中菲之間存在相應(yīng)的自身因素；另一方面來自國(guó)際社會(huì)的干預(yù)，尤其是以美國(guó)、日本為首的國(guó)際干預(yù)，在“中國(guó)威脅論”的論調(diào)之下，致使中菲解決爭(zhēng)端進(jìn)程緩慢。 第四部分，主要探析中菲建立“合作安全”機(jī)制的路徑選擇。主要從“合作安全”觀視角，更好地詮釋中菲之間和平與發(fā)展的路徑選擇。 中菲之間的領(lǐng)土爭(zhēng)端直接影響了兩國(guó)友誼及人民間的友好交往，雙方只有互相尊重、平等互利、對(duì)話合作，才能互信互贏。
[Abstract]:The territorial dispute between China and the Philippines has directly affected the security and stability of Southeast Asia and threatened the peaceful development of countries in the Asia-Pacific region. This paper analyzes the territorial dispute between China and the Philippines by using the method of international political science and the cross-disciplinary research of history. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly states the related theories of the view of "cooperative security", which is a new security concept adapted to the development trend of the world. The same is true in the case of a territorial dispute between China and the Philippines. The second part, mainly based on the territorial dispute between China and Philippines, analyzes the causes of the territorial dispute between China and the Philippines from the perspective of ideology and economic interests. In this way, only through the way of "cooperative security" can all parties be coordinated. Resolve contradictions. The third part analyzes the obstacles to the establishment of the Sino-Philippine "cooperative security" dialogue platform. On the one hand, there are corresponding self-factors between China and the Philippines; on the other hand, the intervention from the international community, especially the international intervention led by the United States and Japan, Under the theory of "China threat", the process of resolving disputes between China and Philippines is slow. In the 4th part, it mainly analyzes the path choice of establishing the mechanism of "cooperative security" between China and the Philippines, and interprets the path choice of peace and development between China and Philippines from the perspective of "cooperative security". The territorial dispute between China and the Philippines directly affects the friendship between the two countries and friendly exchanges between people and people.Only by mutual respect, equality, mutual benefit, dialogue and cooperation can the two sides trust and win each other.
