【摘要】：以阿富汗戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的開(kāi)始和結(jié)束為標(biāo)志,中俄美在中亞的戰(zhàn)略存在發(fā)生了重大變化。美國(guó)在該地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略存在從高峰滑向低谷,而中國(guó)和俄羅斯的戰(zhàn)略存在不斷上升。文章選取軍事安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)和能源、人文聯(lián)系和國(guó)家形象三個(gè)角度,分析上述三國(guó)在三個(gè)領(lǐng)域各自的狀態(tài)和變化,并對(duì)它們的優(yōu)勢(shì)和弱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行比較。
[Abstract]:Marked by the beginning and end of the war in Afghanistan, the strategic presence of China, Russia and the United States in Central Asia has undergone major changes. And the strategic existence of China and Russia is on the rise. This article selects three angles, military security, economy and energy, human relations and national image, to analyze the respective states and changes of these three countries in the three fields. Their strengths and weaknesses are compared.
