【摘要】：越南戰(zhàn)爭已經(jīng)結(jié)束四十余年,然而對越戰(zhàn)的研究從未停止,在近現(xiàn)代史上,越南以其獨(dú)特的地理位置和豐富的資源儲備成為了戰(zhàn)爭高發(fā)地之一,而二戰(zhàn)后的越南戰(zhàn)爭更是在冷戰(zhàn)格局中一場重要的熱戰(zhàn),無論在軍事史、冷戰(zhàn)史或是美國史方面,都是重要的研究對象。從信心滿滿的開始、深陷泥潭到最后的無功而返,越戰(zhàn)后期的美國政府一直致力于如何體面的結(jié)束越南戰(zhàn)爭,力圖在軍事和外交(武力壓制和非軍事化和談)中選取一項利益最大化的方式。根據(jù)解密文獻(xiàn)顯示,20世紀(jì)60年代末70年代初,為結(jié)束戰(zhàn)爭,美國尼克松政府曾進(jìn)行的一次“以武逼和”的戰(zhàn)略,來加速解決作為世界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)和美國國家外交的頭等大事的越南戰(zhàn)爭。本文結(jié)合歷史學(xué)和國際關(guān)系等相關(guān)學(xué)科的資料和研究方法,試圖全面地還原當(dāng)時的情況并分析美國最終并未在與越南戰(zhàn)場使用核武器的原因。文章主要從前任政府的作為、尼克松執(zhí)政時期的美越關(guān)系、“瘋子戰(zhàn)略”和“鴨鉤計劃”的實施以及最終核警報停止的原因等幾個方面來進(jìn)行探討。本文共分為引言、正文、結(jié)論和參考文獻(xiàn)四部分。正文共分為三個部分。第一部分為背景部分,主要闡述美軍在越南戰(zhàn)爭的情況和約翰遜政府期間試圖讓戰(zhàn)爭引向和談的努力以及尼克松上任第一年對越南戰(zhàn)爭的政策和態(tài)度;第二部分主要介紹1969年尼克松和其團(tuán)隊核心基辛格為了迫使越南方面走向和談而制定的大膽而瘋狂的使用核武器的“瘋子戰(zhàn)略”以及戰(zhàn)略的實施和結(jié)果;第三部分從國際和國內(nèi)兩方面對此進(jìn)行探究,推斷美國在越戰(zhàn)中沒有使用核武器的合理解釋。結(jié)論部分是對尼克松政府此次行動的深層次探索和推斷。
[Abstract]:The Vietnam War has been over for more than 40 years. However, the study of the Vietnam War has never stopped. In the modern history, Vietnam has become one of the high incidence areas of the war with its unique geographical location and abundant resource reserves. The Vietnam War after World War II was an important hot war in the cold war pattern. Whether in military history, cold war history or American history, it was an important object of study. The United States government in the late Vietnam War has been working on how to end the Vietnam War with dignity. Trying to choose a way of maximizing the benefits of military and diplomatic (the suppression of force and demilitarization peace talks). According to the declassified documents, the end of the war in the late 60s and early 70s of the 20th century, The Nixon administration of the United States once carried out a strategy of "making peace by force". To speed up the settlement of the Vietnam War, which is the focus of world attention and the top priority of American national diplomacy. This paper combines the materials and research methods of related disciplines such as history and international relations. Trying to fully restore the situation and analyze why the United States did not end up using nuclear weapons on the battlefield with Vietnam. The relationship between the United States and Vietnam during Nixon's administration, the implementation of "madman strategy" and "duck hook plan", and the reasons for the final cessation of nuclear alarm were discussed. The text is divided into three parts. The first part is the background part. This paper mainly expounds the situation of the US military in the Vietnam War and the efforts made by the Johnson Administration to lead the war to the peace talks, as well as Nixon's policy and attitude towards the Vietnam War in his first year in office. The second part mainly introduces Nixon and his team core Kissinger in 1969 to force Vietnam to the peace talks and the bold and crazy use of nuclear weapons "crazy strategy" and the implementation and results of the strategy; The third part explores this from the international and domestic aspects, inferring that the United States did not use nuclear weapons in the Vietnam War, and the conclusion is the deep exploration and inference of the Nixon administration's action.
