【摘要】：天下理論不僅是一個世界政治理論,同時也是對政治概念的重新定義。天下概念意味著一個使世界成為政治主體的世界體系,一個以世界為整體政治單位的共在秩序。從天下去理解世界,就是以整個世界作為思考單位去分析問題,從而超越現(xiàn)代的民族國家思維方式。經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的全球化必須有一個與之同步的政治全球化過程,才能夠協(xié)調(diào)完成"世界內(nèi)部化",只有一個消除了外部性而只有內(nèi)部性的世界才可能真正解決沖突,從而建立世界的安全和合作體系。世界內(nèi)部化不僅意味著重新定義政治游戲規(guī)則,而且意味著重新定義政治的概念,它還意味著,只有化敵為友并且建構(gòu)世界的共在秩序的行為才是政治,而任何敵對行為或戰(zhàn)爭都是政治的失敗而不是政治的延續(xù)。世界內(nèi)部化和由共在性所定義的政治概念都基于關(guān)系理性,而優(yōu)先考慮互相傷害最小化的關(guān)系理性比個人理性更符合理性的風(fēng)險規(guī)避標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。政治的概念需要通過共在存在論和關(guān)系理性而重新定義,同時,政治的領(lǐng)域需要在天下理論中得到充分伸展。只有引入天下無外原則,才能獲得充分延伸的政治完全語境,也因此能夠清楚理解政治的概念和問題,才能夠一般地定義政治的普遍性和合法性。
[Abstract]:The theory of the world is not only a theory of world politics, but also a redefinition of the concept of politics. The concept of the world means a world system that makes the world the subject of politics. A common order in which the world is the whole political unit. To understand the world from the world is to use the whole world as a unit of thinking to analyze problems. The globalization of economy and technology must go hand in hand with the process of political globalization. In order to coordinate the "internalization of the world," only a world where externalities are eliminated and only internals can truly resolve conflicts, Thus building the security and cooperation system of the world. Internalization of the world means not only redefining the rules of the political game, but also redefining the concept of politics, it also means, Only the act of turning enemies into friends and building a common order in the world is politics, and any hostile act or war is a failure of politics rather than a continuation of politics. The political concepts of world internalization and communitarianism are based on relational rationality. The concept of politics needs to be redefined through co-existentialism and relational rationality, and at the same time, the concept of politics needs to be redefined through co-existentialism and relational rationality. The field of politics needs to be fully extended in the theory of the world. Only by introducing the principle of the world can we obtain a fully extended political context and thus have a clear understanding of the concepts and problems of politics, Only in general can the universality and legitimacy of politics be defined.
