【摘要】：1945年日本戰(zhàn)敗,宣告了其"軍事立國(guó)"國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的破產(chǎn)。1947年《日本國(guó)憲法》施行,1951年《舊金山和約》、《日美安全條約》簽署,標(biāo)志著戰(zhàn)后日本"經(jīng)濟(jì)中心"導(dǎo)向型國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略體系逐步確立。戰(zhàn)后70年日本國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展演變經(jīng)歷了三大歷史階段:戰(zhàn)敗投降至20世紀(jì)70年代的"經(jīng)濟(jì)中心"導(dǎo)向型戰(zhàn)略階段,20世紀(jì)80年代至90年代中期的醞釀轉(zhuǎn)型與新目標(biāo)確立階段,20世紀(jì)90年代中期直至目前的"大國(guó)化"目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向型戰(zhàn)略階段。這一發(fā)展演變過程的內(nèi)在邏輯,在于自身?xiàng)l件與外部環(huán)境變化之間的相互作用,引發(fā)日本核心利益界定的變化、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的調(diào)整以及路徑選擇的改變�？v觀70年來日本國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展演變,追求"大國(guó)化"的歷史基因一以貫之,從未消退,這促使我們就日本未來走向作持續(xù)深入的思考與探析。
[Abstract]:The defeat of Japan in 1945, declared the "military nation" national strategic bankruptcy.1947 < Japanese Constitution > > < implementation of the Treaty of San Francisco in 1951, the Japan US security treaty signed < >, the sign of Japan's Post-war "economic center" oriented national strategic system gradually established. The post-war development of Japan's national strategy 70 years experience three historical stages of evolution: surrender to the 1970s "economic center" oriented strategic stage, from 1980s to mid 90s brewing transformation with the new target establishment stage, the middle of 1990s until the current "superpower" goal oriented strategic stage. The internal logic of the development process, is the interaction between self condition and the change of external environment, lead to changes in Japan's core interest, strategy adjustment and path selection changes. Throughout the 70 years of the future development of national strategy Evolution, the historical gene for the pursuit of "great power" has never subsided, which prompted us to think and explore the future trend of Japan.
