【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入發(fā)展，國(guó)際政治出現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系政治化、政治關(guān)系經(jīng)濟(jì)化的趨勢(shì)。經(jīng)濟(jì)因素在國(guó)際政治中的地位逐漸上升，跨國(guó)公司憑借其強(qiáng)大的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力不僅在經(jīng)濟(jì)方面有所作為，還在國(guó)際政治領(lǐng)域中有著重要的作用。近些年跨國(guó)公司不僅是世界市場(chǎng)上的主力軍，還是國(guó)際政治發(fā)揮重要影響，不僅發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家，許多發(fā)展中國(guó)家開(kāi)始不斷地關(guān)注和通過(guò)跨國(guó)公司來(lái)獲取國(guó)家利益和國(guó)際地位。一些國(guó)家已經(jīng)充分認(rèn)識(shí)了跨國(guó)公司是擴(kuò)展國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力的一把利器。但跨國(guó)公司在國(guó)際政治領(lǐng)域的影響是雙重影響，既帶來(lái)了積極影響，另一方面，又帶來(lái)了不可避免的消極影響。在對(duì)跨國(guó)公司的研究中，針對(duì)跨國(guó)公司在國(guó)際政治中的利弊兩方面進(jìn)行研究的不多。 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程，美國(guó)跨國(guó)公司開(kāi)始大舉進(jìn)軍中國(guó)市場(chǎng)，使中美兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)相互依賴的關(guān)系加深。但是因?yàn)槊绹?guó)跨國(guó)公司在某種程度上會(huì)為了規(guī)避政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，影響母國(guó)與東道國(guó)的決策，在一定程度上給兩國(guó)關(guān)系帶來(lái)了消極影響。因此，，本文試圖用歸納總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外以往的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，分別從跨國(guó)公司給中美關(guān)系帶來(lái)的積極影響、消極影響結(jié)合具體案例分析，總結(jié)跨國(guó)公司所帶來(lái)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)，希望通過(guò)分析為我國(guó)政府能夠更加客觀地認(rèn)識(shí)跨國(guó)公司和有效的規(guī)避跨國(guó)公司所帶來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，促進(jìn)中美關(guān)系健康發(fā)展提供一些有價(jià)值的參考意見(jiàn)和對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of economic globalization, there has been a trend of politicization of economic relations and economization of political relations in international politics. The status of economic factors in international politics has gradually risen. Transnational corporations not only play an important role in the field of international politics, but also play an important role in the international political field. In recent years, multinational corporations are not only the main force in the world market, but also play an important role in international politics. Not only developed countries, Many developing countries have begun to pay more attention to and gain national interests and international status through transnational corporations. Some countries have fully recognized that transnational corporations are a powerful tool for expanding national economic influence. In the field of international politics, the influence is twofold. On the other hand, it brings the inevitable negative influence. In the study of transnational corporations, there are few researches on the advantages and disadvantages of transnational corporations in international politics. With the development of economic globalization, American multinationals began to enter the Chinese market on a large scale, deepening the economic interdependence between China and the United States. But to some extent, American multinationals will try to avoid political risks. To a certain extent, the decisions that affect the home country and the host country have a negative impact on the relations between the two countries. Therefore, this paper attempts to sum up the past experiences at home and abroad, respectively from the positive impact of multinational corporations on Sino-US relations. Negative impact combined with specific case studies, summarizes the experience and lessons brought by transnational corporations, hoping to provide our government with a more objective understanding of the risks brought by transnational corporations and effectively avoid the risks brought about by transnational corporations, through which our government can understand more objectively and effectively avoid the risks brought about by transnational corporations. To promote the healthy development of Sino-American relations provides some valuable suggestions and countermeasures.
