【摘要】："IS"的興起,很大程度上是因為美國的"反恐戰(zhàn)爭"和中東政策所致,要根除這個恐怖威脅,美國必須反思其反恐戰(zhàn)略,調(diào)整其中東政策。眾所周知,冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后趨于膨脹的"伊斯蘭恐懼癥"實質(zhì)上代表著一種思維定勢,它將各種涉及穆斯林的社會問題和公共危機,統(tǒng)統(tǒng)簡化為"伊斯蘭威脅",其最極端的表現(xiàn),是聲稱伊斯蘭教信仰本質(zhì)上就是"反西方"和"反現(xiàn)代化"的。這一思維定勢對美國政府的外交政策,特別是其中東政策產(chǎn)生重要影響,為美國霸權(quán)的新一輪擴張?zhí)峁╅g接的意識形態(tài)支撐。
[Abstract]:The rise of is is largely due to the "war on terror" and the Middle East policy of the United States. To eradicate this terrorist threat, the United States must rethink its counter-terrorism strategy and adjust its Middle East policy. The "Islamophobia", which has ballooned since the end of the cold war, essentially represents a mindset that simplifies social problems and public crises involving Muslims as the "Islamic threat," the most extreme manifestation of which. Claiming that the Islamic faith is essentially "anti-Western" and "anti-modern". This stereotype of thinking has an important impact on the foreign policy of the United States Government, especially its Middle East policy, It provides indirect ideological support for the new expansion of American hegemony.
