【摘要】：正中法交往歷史源遠(yuǎn)流長,兩國關(guān)系發(fā)展的社會(huì)政治基礎(chǔ)具有相似性、親密性、創(chuàng)新性和戰(zhàn)略性。中法兩國有許多相似之處:都擁有悠久歷史、燦爛的文化、光榮的過去和對(duì)未來的美好夢想,政治上都奉行獨(dú)立自主的對(duì)外政策和倡導(dǎo)多極世界。兩國思想文化豐富,造就出兩國民眾互存好感、相互影響的歷史,密切了兩國民間、政治層面的交往基礎(chǔ)。法國還是西方大國中第一個(gè)同中國建交的國家,中法建交后,在諸多領(lǐng)域開創(chuàng)了新中國與外國交往的第一。1997年兩國決定
