[Abstract]:Just a decade ago, populist parties were a spark in Europe, and have spread so far. Marked by the May 2014 European Parliament elections, populist groups rose in Europe on 2016. Britain pulled back from the EU through the Brexit referendum, Italy's constitutional reform referendum failed, and Austria's presidential election gripped the Greens and the far right.
