【摘要】：本文以李承晚外交獨(dú)立思想為研究命題,在這一研究過(guò)程中,以依附論為理論核心,以體系論為理論鋪墊,以歷史分析法、層次分析法和定性分析法為分析工具,透析李承晚外交獨(dú)立思想的國(guó)內(nèi)外背景、早期的萌生、著作中的建構(gòu)、實(shí)踐中的蛻變與沉淀,及其對(duì)半島命運(yùn)的影響。本命題涉及期間上自朝鮮王朝末期,貫穿大韓帝國(guó)與日據(jù)時(shí)期,下至大韓民國(guó)臨時(shí)政府,延及美國(guó)軍政府時(shí)期,涉及半島與中美蘇日等多個(gè)行為體之間的外交斡旋與政治博弈,對(duì)本命題的研究是一大挑戰(zhàn)。 對(duì)于本文的理論基石與主線——依附論,為了避免提及依附論就順理成章地將之劃歸國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的范疇,本文對(duì)之進(jìn)行了解讀與再構(gòu),進(jìn)而提出強(qiáng)制性依附論與自主性依附論的概念,自主性依附論恰恰成為本文的理論基石和需再檢驗(yàn)的理論支架,這一理論的精髓與邏輯思維貫徹本文始終。對(duì)于本文的理論大環(huán)境和隱線——體系論,本文主要將之滲透到對(duì)李承晚開(kāi)展的一系列外交實(shí)踐的分析中,并將之與層次分析法相銜接,借用國(guó)際系統(tǒng)·國(guó)家·人的結(jié)構(gòu)視角分析李承晚外交獨(dú)立思想形成的國(guó)際、國(guó)家與個(gè)人背景,這三個(gè)層次的背景對(duì)李承晚的性格塑造及獨(dú)立思想的萌生與建構(gòu),起到潛移默化的熏陶作用。文中詳細(xì)論述了東亞區(qū)域國(guó)際體系從宗藩自治到條約殖民的變遷、近現(xiàn)代周邊四國(guó)在朝鮮半島上的博弈以及李承晚的家世、父母及求學(xué)經(jīng)歷對(duì)其性格與思想的影響與塑造。 本文應(yīng)用歷史分析法與定性分析法提出并解析了一系列概念,如依附外交,依附式獨(dú)立,獨(dú)立式依附,邊緣政府,邊緣第一軌道外交,等等,探討了李承晚獨(dú)立思想的演變,評(píng)述了其開(kāi)化期獨(dú)立思想的懵懂、著作中獨(dú)立思想的憧憬以及實(shí)踐中獨(dú)立思想的蛻變,涉及武力獨(dú)立思想的式微、中立獨(dú)立思想的蛻變和外交獨(dú)立思想的沉淀,論證了其對(duì)外觀隨著國(guó)際局勢(shì)的變遷及實(shí)踐中的歷練由開(kāi)化期的青澀與稚嫩走向獨(dú)立運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)期的成熟與老練,由早期的蔑清親美防俄?yè)砣者^(guò)渡到附美疑華反日恐蘇。本文詳細(xì)闡述了李承晚依托于大韓人國(guó)民會(huì)、大韓民國(guó)臨時(shí)政府及歐美委員部的外交實(shí)踐活動(dòng),這是其外交獨(dú)立思想的三個(gè)最具典型性的案例,是李承晚外交實(shí)踐的最為關(guān)鍵和至關(guān)重要的三個(gè)階段,主要涉及李承晚參與或主導(dǎo)的委任統(tǒng)治外交、與孫中山護(hù)法軍政府締交、跟蘇俄列寧政府結(jié)盟、向美請(qǐng)?jiān)竿饨灰约俺姓J(rèn)外交和反托管外交,各個(gè)外交實(shí)踐見(jiàn)證了李承晚的獨(dú)立思想與外交思維由青澀、修正、檢驗(yàn)走向成熟。 最終,在經(jīng)過(guò)以理論為基石、以分析方法為工具以及以歷史事實(shí)為根基的一系列分析與解讀之后,本文對(duì)李承晚的獨(dú)立模式、外交模式、外交性質(zhì)、外交范疇、外交途徑以及外交結(jié)果等進(jìn)行了蓋棺定論,總起來(lái)說(shuō),他通過(guò)附美用美的獨(dú)立路徑,以獨(dú)立為外交目的,以依附外交為獨(dú)立手段,實(shí)施一種側(cè)重威權(quán)主義統(tǒng)治的半民主體制,傳承、探索與定位了近現(xiàn)代朝鮮半島與中美關(guān)系,但,通過(guò)依附方式獲得的獨(dú)立,依然難以擺脫依附,韓國(guó)由依附式獨(dú)立走向了獨(dú)立式依附�？傊�,李承晚作為一個(gè)親美用美依美附美的現(xiàn)實(shí)主義者,是一個(gè)矛盾體,體內(nèi)既流淌著君王專制的殘余,又標(biāo)榜著民主共和的理想,既渴望著獨(dú)立與統(tǒng)一,又不拒絕依附與分裂,充斥著理想與現(xiàn)實(shí)的背離、言論與行為的不一。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Rhee foreign independent thought as the research topic, in the process of this study, the dependency theory as the core of the theory is theory to system theory, by the method of historical analysis, hierarchy analysis method and qualitative analysis method as the analysis tool, Rhee foreign independent thinking dialysis at home and abroad background, early initiation, construction in the works, the transformation and precipitation in practice, and its influence on the fate of the peninsula. For the theoretical foundation and the main line, in order to avoid the dependency theory, dependency theory is referred to as logical international political economics, this paper analyzes and re construction of the proposed mandatory dependency theory and autonomy dependency theory the concept of autonomy dependency theory is the theoretical foundation of this paper and need to test the theory support, the essence and logical thinking of the theory in this paper. The theory always implement the environment and hidden line - system theory, this paper will penetrate to the analysis of a series of diplomatic practice of the Rhee, and AHP analysis of convergence, Rhee diplomacy independent thought formed from international system of national and international human structure perspective, national and personal background, the three levels of the background of Li Chengwan's character and independent thought initiation and construction The play a subtle role in nurturing.
