【摘要】：中德自1972年正式建立外交關(guān)系以來(lái),聯(lián)邦德國(guó)與中華人民共和國(guó)之間的關(guān)系經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)漸進(jìn)的發(fā)展過(guò)程。中國(guó)大陸從昔日那個(gè)神秘的國(guó)度、敢于向蘇聯(lián)挑戰(zhàn)的勇士和誘人的大市場(chǎng),到今天已經(jīng)成為德國(guó)全方位交流合作者,兩國(guó)已經(jīng)成為重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作伙伴。40年間,最成功的合作交往當(dāng)屬鄧小平的改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)的發(fā)展成果,尤其是科技和經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的合作。盡管兩國(guó)在價(jià)值觀上有區(qū)別,在人權(quán)問(wèn)題上有不同的看法,但高層的定期對(duì)話改善了政府層面的理解。德國(guó)不僅成為中國(guó)的重要合作伙伴,也是歐盟與華對(duì)話的重要中介者。
[Abstract]:Since the formal establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Germany in 1972, relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the people's Republic of China have undergone a gradual development process. Brave enough to challenge the Soviet Union and an attractive market, today Germany has become a full range of exchange partners, and the two countries have been important economic partners for 40 years. The most successful cooperative exchanges should be the fruits of Deng Xiaoping's development since the reform and opening up, especially in the fields of science, technology and economic cooperation. Although the two countries have different values and different views on human rights issues, But regular high-level dialogue has improved understanding at the government level. Germany has become not only an important partner for China but also an important mediator for the EU's dialogue with China.
