【摘要】：中德自1972年正式建立外交關(guān)系以來,聯(lián)邦德國與中華人民共和國之間的關(guān)系經(jīng)歷了一個漸進的發(fā)展過程。中國大陸從昔日那個神秘的國度、敢于向蘇聯(lián)挑戰(zhàn)的勇士和誘人的大市場,到今天已經(jīng)成為德國全方位交流合作者,兩國已經(jīng)成為重要的經(jīng)濟合作伙伴。40年間,最成功的合作交往當(dāng)屬鄧小平的改革開放以來的發(fā)展成果,尤其是科技和經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域的合作。盡管兩國在價值觀上有區(qū)別,在人權(quán)問題上有不同的看法,但高層的定期對話改善了政府層面的理解。德國不僅成為中國的重要合作伙伴,也是歐盟與華對話的重要中介者。
[Abstract]:Since the formal establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Germany in 1972, relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the people's Republic of China have undergone a gradual development process. Brave enough to challenge the Soviet Union and an attractive market, today Germany has become a full range of exchange partners, and the two countries have been important economic partners for 40 years. The most successful cooperative exchanges should be the fruits of Deng Xiaoping's development since the reform and opening up, especially in the fields of science, technology and economic cooperation. Although the two countries have different values and different views on human rights issues, But regular high-level dialogue has improved understanding at the government level. Germany has become not only an important partner for China but also an important mediator for the EU's dialogue with China.
