【摘要】：本文旨在闡述地理戰(zhàn)略論的分析范疇及相關(guān)的戰(zhàn)略命題,并且在此基礎(chǔ)上指出了地理戰(zhàn)略論對當(dāng)代戰(zhàn)略研究的重要意義。本文認(rèn)為,作為一種大戰(zhàn)略思想形態(tài),地理戰(zhàn)略論實際包含了兩類不同性質(zhì)的分析范疇,一類按照地理位置及相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略取向來劃分,即主導(dǎo)性海洋強(qiáng)國、心臟地帶大陸強(qiáng)國、邊緣地帶陸海復(fù)合型強(qiáng)國;另一類按照(物質(zhì))力量的類型來劃分,即海上力量、陸上力量、空中力量、太空力量、智能空間力量。本文指出,地理戰(zhàn)略論的核心范疇?wèi)?yīng)當(dāng)是三類不同性質(zhì)的強(qiáng)國,即主導(dǎo)性海洋強(qiáng)國、心臟地帶大陸強(qiáng)國、邊緣地帶陸海復(fù)合型強(qiáng)國,另外還包括一個與邊緣地帶密切聯(lián)系的較小范疇——濱外島(國)。地理戰(zhàn)略論作為一種大戰(zhàn)略理論,其實質(zhì)性內(nèi)容是由有關(guān)這三類不同類型強(qiáng)國的一系列相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略命題構(gòu)成的。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to expound the analytical category and related strategic propositions of geo-strategy theory, and on this basis point out the importance of geo-strategy theory to contemporary strategic research. The geostrategic theory actually includes two kinds of different kinds of analysis categories, one is divided according to the geographical position and the related strategic orientation, namely the dominant marine power, the heartland continental power, the marginal land and sea complex powerful country; The other is divided according to the type of power (material), that is, sea power, land force, air power, space power, intelligent space force. This paper points out that the core category of geo-strategic theory should be three kinds of powers of different natures. That is, the dominant marine power, the continental power in the heartland, the land and sea composite power in the marginal zone, and a smaller category closely related to the marginal zone, the offshore island. Its substantive content is composed of a series of related strategic propositions about these three different types of powerful countries.
