【摘要】：人類社會進入21世紀后,從大的方面來說,和平與發(fā)展依舊是時代主題,經(jīng)濟全球化與世界多極化繼續(xù)向前發(fā)展。也正因如此,全球化的各類效應擴散到了世界的各個角落,不管是有益的還是負面的,全世界任何組織和個人都無法置身世外。同時,伴隨著國際傳統(tǒng)安全威脅與非傳統(tǒng)安全威脅的相互交織并存,全球性地合作變得空前重要,可以說已經(jīng)到了時不我待的地步。 在這樣的時代背景下,中國政府相繼提出和平發(fā)展思想與“和諧世界”理念,并強調(diào)中國將堅持走和平發(fā)展道路,努力構建和諧世界。這二思想和理念是中國政府在馬克思主義理論的指導下,結合中國自身和全世界的發(fā)展,站在人類歷史的高度,經(jīng)過長時期的思考、實踐和總結提出來的。二者是一個緊密關聯(lián)的統(tǒng)一體。和平發(fā)展思想是構建和諧世界的必備條件,“和諧世界”理念是對和平發(fā)展思想的升華、保障,也是其最終歸宿。 二者之間的這種關系,不僅僅從源頭上和現(xiàn)實世情上闡明其科學的理論依據(jù)及實施的緊迫性,而且完整地表述出了它們之間前后相繼、互相補充和進一步升華的發(fā)展過程。二者本身和這一發(fā)展過程突顯了人類歷史的發(fā)展規(guī)律及中國作為世界一員的大國責任感,具有戰(zhàn)略性的世界意義。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, when the human society entered, peace and development are still the theme of the times, and economic globalization and multipolarization of the world continue to develop. As a result, the effects of globalization have spread to every corner of the world. Whether beneficial or negative, no organization or individual in the world can remain outside the world. At the same time, with the intertwining of traditional and non-traditional threats to international security, global cooperation has become more important than ever, We can say that time has come to an end. Against this background, the Chinese government has put forward the idea of peaceful development and the idea of "harmonious world" one after another, and stressed that China will adhere to the path of peaceful development. Try to build a harmonious world. These two ideas and ideas are the Chinese government, guided by Marxist theory, taking into account the development of China itself and the world, standing at the height of human history and thinking for a long time. The idea of peaceful development is the necessary condition for building a harmonious world. The idea of "harmonious world" is the sublimation, guarantee and final destination of the idea of peaceful development. This relationship not only clarifies its scientific theoretical basis and the urgency of its implementation from both the source and the real world situation, but also fully describes the succession between them. The development process of complementation and further sublimation, both of which highlight the law of the development of human history and the sense of responsibility of China as a member of the world, are of strategic significance in the world.
