【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放二十多年來(lái),中國(guó)發(fā)生了前所未有的深刻變革。從國(guó)際上看,國(guó)力上升,影響擴(kuò)大,中國(guó)與世界的聯(lián)系更加密切；從國(guó)內(nèi)來(lái)看,人們生活水平提高,精神生活更加豐富多樣,政治參與意識(shí)增強(qiáng),社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治生活更加多元化。這些變化既是外交上實(shí)行對(duì)外開(kāi)放后,中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)輿論越來(lái)越關(guān)心中國(guó)參與外交事務(wù),反過(guò)來(lái)又進(jìn)一步影響著中國(guó)外交的方方面面。本文擬就中中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)輿論所引起的中國(guó)外交決策的變化作相應(yīng)的探討。 本文的研究重點(diǎn)是從輿論角度探討中國(guó)的外交決策。通過(guò)靜態(tài)考察中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)輿論對(duì)中國(guó)外交決策的影響,論文研究了中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)輿論的劃分。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別對(duì)他們的作用與影響作了分析。 本文的結(jié)構(gòu)如下： 首先,介紹了中國(guó)的國(guó)內(nèi)輿論,把它劃分為精英輿論、公眾輿論和媒體輿論,以期為下文的研究作鋪墊。 其次,對(duì)中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)輿論在外交決策中的地位作了簡(jiǎn)要的分析,指出三種輿論在外交決策中的地位是各不相同的,尤其是分析了公眾輿論對(duì)外交決策的影響,并說(shuō)明了公眾輿論在外交決策中的復(fù)雜性。 接著,從中國(guó)自身的角度出發(fā),分析了中國(guó)面對(duì)復(fù)雜國(guó)際局勢(shì)和問(wèn)題所應(yīng)該采取的措施。
[Abstract]:Over the past 20 years of reform and opening up, China has undergone unprecedented profound changes. Internationally, China's national strength has risen and its influence has expanded, and China's ties with the world have become closer. From the domestic point of view, people's living standards have improved. Spiritual life is richer and more diverse, political participation consciousness is enhanced, and social, economic and political life is more diversified. These changes are seen as more and more concerned about China's participation in foreign affairs after opening up to the outside world. On the other hand, it will further influence all aspects of China's diplomacy. This paper intends to make a corresponding discussion on the changes of China's foreign policy decisions caused by the domestic public opinion in China. The research focus of this paper is to probe into China's diplomatic decisions from the angle of public opinion. Through the static investigation of the influence of Chinese domestic public opinion on China's diplomatic decision-making, this paper studies the division of Chinese domestic public opinion. Their role and influence are analyzed respectively. The structure of this paper is as follows:. Firstly, it introduces the domestic public opinion in China and divides it into elite public opinion, public opinion and media public opinion, in order to pave the way for the following research. Secondly, this paper makes a brief analysis of the status of Chinese domestic public opinion in diplomatic decision-making, and points out that the three kinds of public opinion have different positions in diplomatic decision-making, especially the influence of public opinion on diplomatic decision-making. It also explains the complexity of public opinion in foreign policy. Then, from the point of view of China itself, it analyzes the measures that China should take in the face of complex international situations and problems.
