【摘要】：隨著特朗普的執(zhí)政,美國內(nèi)外政策變化可能給中美關(guān)系的環(huán)境、議程和互動方式帶來新變化,雙邊關(guān)系發(fā)展面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇。但是中美關(guān)系不可能另起爐灶,而是在現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)上演進(jìn),既有的架構(gòu)和特征會在很大程度上影響這一關(guān)系的未來走向。與過去相比,今天中國在處理對美關(guān)系方面擁有更多的資源、更加豐富的經(jīng)驗和更強(qiáng)的戰(zhàn)略運(yùn)籌能力,應(yīng)該爭取使"相互調(diào)適型"成為兩國間互動的基本模式,以經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系為抓手,發(fā)展務(wù)實合作伙伴關(guān)系。在此過程中,要謀求提高中美關(guān)系品質(zhì),使雙邊關(guān)系發(fā)展更好地體現(xiàn)"不沖突不對抗、相互尊重、互利共贏"原則,繼續(xù)推進(jìn)中美新型大國關(guān)系的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:With the Trump administration, changes in US domestic and foreign policies may bring new changes to the environment, agenda and way of interaction between China and the United States, and the development of bilateral relations will face new challenges and opportunities. However, Sino-US relations cannot be restarted. Rather, the existing structure and characteristics will greatly influence the future direction of the relationship. Compared with the past, China today has more resources to deal with its relations with the United States. With more experience and stronger strategic operational capabilities, we should strive to make "mutual adaptation" a basic model of interaction between the two countries, with economic and trade relations as the starting point, and develop practical and cooperative partnerships. We should seek to improve the quality of Sino-US relations, make the development of bilateral relations better reflect the principle of "no conflict, no confrontation, mutual respect, mutual benefit and win-win", and continue to promote the construction of a new type of great power relationship between China and the United States.
