【摘要】：隨著全球化進程的深化特別是現(xiàn)代通訊技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人文外交在國際關(guān)系中的重要性日漸上升。進入21世紀(jì)第二個十年特別是中共十八大后,中美人文交流快速發(fā)展,機制化合作日益鞏固、實質(zhì)性合作全面深入、創(chuàng)新性合作初顯成效。中美人文交流已與政治互信、經(jīng)貿(mào)合作一道,共同構(gòu)成中美新型大國關(guān)系的三大支柱,既為中美新型大國關(guān)系的早期收獲貢獻了力量,也為早期收獲的長期可持續(xù)性提供根本的民心保障。為進一步夯實和提升中美新型大國關(guān)系,中美人文交流仍需在理念更新、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、機制完善、危機預(yù)防、能力建設(shè)等方面進一步強化,提升中美新型大國關(guān)系抗起伏、防逆轉(zhuǎn)的能力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the globalization process, especially the development of modern communication technology, the importance of humanistic diplomacy in international relations is increasing day by day. In the second decade of 21th century, especially after the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the cultural exchanges between China and the United States have developed rapidly. Institutional cooperation is increasingly consolidated, substantive cooperation is comprehensive and in-depth, and innovative cooperation is beginning to show results. China and the United States have joined hands with political mutual trust and economic and trade cooperation to form the three pillars of a new type of great power relationship between China and the United States. It has not only contributed to the early harvest of the new type of great power relationship between China and the United States, but also provided a fundamental guarantee of the popular sentiment for the long-term sustainability of the early harvest. In order to further consolidate and enhance the new type of great power relationship between China and the United States, the cultural exchanges between China and the United States still need to be renewed in concept. Strategic planning, mechanism improvement, crisis prevention, and capacity building are further strengthened to enhance the ability of the new type of great power relations between China and the United States to resist ups and downs and to prevent reversals.
