【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)后，，中印兩國的經(jīng)濟都取得了巨大的進步和發(fā)展，特別是金融危機后，兩國在國際政治舞臺發(fā)揮的作用越來越大。中印兩國互為重要鄰國，基于地緣政治，中印關系的發(fā)展對地區(qū)穩(wěn)定和世界格局都會產(chǎn)生重要的影響。中印關系是我國發(fā)展對外關系中重要的組成部分，但中印關系的發(fā)展并不是十分迅速。因此，探析一條加快中印關系的發(fā)展途徑十分有研究價值。 新世紀以來，中印兩國的交往日益增多，兩國在國際事務中共同利益越來越多，這些都為進一步發(fā)展中印關系提供了一個良好的基礎。但是，中印關系的發(fā)展也存在很多制約因素�；跉v史和現(xiàn)實因素，從地緣和國家利益角度，制約中印關系的主要因素有：邊界問題、西藏問題、美國因素、中印巴三角關系等。因此我們有必要分析產(chǎn)生這些因素的原因，如何從中印兩國共同利益基礎上選擇一個加快兩國發(fā)展的途徑。本文主要研究目的就是研究如何突破這些制約因素以及如何發(fā)展兩國關系。 中印兩國合作的基礎非常廣泛，涉及政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、軍事等領域，多領域的合作有助于進一步發(fā)展中印關系。盡管中印關系中的存在諸多因素，但通過經(jīng)濟、政治、文化、軍事的合作可以為解決這些制約因素提供有利基礎。
[Abstract]:After the Cold War, the economies of both China and India have made tremendous progress and development. Especially after the financial crisis, the two countries have played an increasingly important role in the international political arena. China and India are important neighbors to each other, based on geopolitics. The development of Sino-Indian relations will have an important impact on regional stability and the world pattern. Sino-Indian relations are an important part of China's foreign relations, but the development of Sino-Indian relations is not very rapid. It is of great value to explore a way to speed up the development of Sino-Indian relations. Since the new century, the exchanges between China and India have increased day by day, and the two countries have more and more common interests in international affairs. All these have provided a good basis for the further development of Sino-Indian relations. There are also many constraints on the development of Sino-Indian relations. Based on historical and practical factors, the main factors restricting Sino-Indian relations from the perspective of geography and national interests are: the border issue, the Tibet issue, and the United States factor. The triangular relationship between China, India and Pakistan, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary for us to analyze the causes of these factors. How to choose a way to accelerate the development of China and India on the basis of the common interests of China and India. The main purpose of this paper is to study how to break through these constraints and how to develop the relationship between the two countries. The basis of Sino-Indian cooperation is very broad. It involves political, economic, cultural, military, and other fields. Cooperation in various fields is conducive to the further development of Sino-Indian relations. Although there are many factors in Sino-Indian relations, but through economic and political, Cultural and military cooperation can provide an advantageous basis for addressing these constraints.
