【摘要】：美國擁有龐大的愛爾蘭裔人口數(shù)量，南北愛分裂以來，美國愛裔就對北愛問題關(guān)注有加。20世紀七十年代，北愛動亂加劇，英國、愛爾蘭以及北愛各派開啟談判對話，開啟北愛和平進程尋求北愛問題的和平解決。美國愛裔一開始便對這一關(guān)乎北愛主權(quán)地位和母國同胞未來的談判進程關(guān)注有加，在進程推進期間，持不同立場的愛裔通過各種渠道和手段對其施加影響或者參與其中，同時，他們自身也經(jīng)歷了許多重要轉(zhuǎn)變。本文注意到，這些方式差異、前后態(tài)度不同對北愛法理和平的實現(xiàn)以及和平的鞏固、延續(xù)發(fā)揮著不盡相同甚至截然相反的作用。本文通過創(chuàng)新性的分析視角和層次，梳理三十多年間愛裔各階層和不同勢力影響和平進程的各種活動與手段，呈現(xiàn)愛裔這一群體內(nèi)部對北愛問題錯綜復雜的立場態(tài)度和政治認知，進而分析他們影響和介入北愛進程背后的動機和原因，最后對愛裔影響和介入北愛和平進程的各層次、立場、手段及其作用效果進行深入的比較評析，，從而完整地揭示美國愛裔在北愛和平進程中所扮演的角色。同時，圍繞這一研究得出的結(jié)論，對如何引導海外移民對祖籍國政治關(guān)系施加正面影響提供一點建議和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The United States has a large Irish population. Since the division of North and South love, American love Americans have paid more attention to the issue of Northern Ireland. On 70s, the unrest in Northern Ireland intensified, and Britain, Ireland, and all factions in Northern Ireland began negotiations and dialogues. Start the Northern Ireland peace process and seek a peaceful solution to the Northern Ireland issue. From the outset, Americans of American descent have focused on this negotiating process, which concerns the sovereignty of Northern Ireland and the future of its compatriots in their home countries, during the progress of the process. People of love who hold different positions influence or participate in it through various channels and means, and they themselves have undergone many important changes. Different attitudes to the realization of legal peace and the consolidation of peace in Northern Ireland, continue to play a different or even diametrically opposite role. Combing the various activities and means of affecting the peace process between various strata and different forces of the people of love for more than 30 years, presenting the complex attitude and political cognition of the people of love towards the issue of Northern Ireland within the group. Then it analyzes the motives and reasons behind their influence and involvement in the Northern Ireland peace process, and finally makes a deep comparative analysis of the influence and intervention of the people of love on the peace process in Northern Ireland at all levels, positions, means and effects. Therefore, the role of American Americans in the peace process in Northern Ireland is fully revealed. At the same time, the conclusions of this study provide some suggestions and lessons on how to guide overseas immigrants to exert a positive influence on the political relations of their ancestral countries.
