【摘要】： 歷史性與可變性是國家利益的兩個基本特性,世界各國在不同的歷史時期,謀取國家利益的重點(diǎn)都會因自身因素與國際環(huán)境的變化而變化。透過冷戰(zhàn)時期中埃關(guān)系的發(fā)展歷程,我們可以清楚地看出中埃兩國國家利益取向的變化軌跡;反之,也可以通過中埃兩國的國家利益取向,深刻認(rèn)識國家利益對兩國關(guān)系發(fā)展的導(dǎo)向作用和影響。 當(dāng)前,作為地區(qū)性政治大國,埃及在中東事務(wù)上的發(fā)言權(quán)是不可替代的,而埃及在非洲地區(qū)事務(wù)中所扮演的角色也是不可替代的。中埃國家關(guān)系曾經(jīng)是,現(xiàn)在還是,未來也必將是中國對外關(guān)系中所亟待處理好的重要一環(huán)。本文對上世紀(jì)冷戰(zhàn)時期中埃兩國國家利益的取向變化,以及由此引起的中埃兩國關(guān)系側(cè)重點(diǎn)的變化進(jìn)行了粗淺的分析,與此同時,對影響到中埃兩國國家關(guān)系發(fā)展的一些重要因素,如涉及到安全利益方面的臺灣問題因素,涉及到政治利益層面的巴以問題因素,以及涉及到經(jīng)濟(jì)利益層面的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作因素等,也從國家利益視角,進(jìn)行了初步的分析。本文最后,嘗試性地結(jié)合國家利益的可變性,就未來中埃國家關(guān)系的發(fā)展提出了粗淺的思考和預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:History and variability are the two basic characteristics of national interests. In different historical periods, the emphasis of seeking national interests will be changed by the changes of their own factors and the international environment. Through the development of Sino-Egyptian relations during the Cold War, We can clearly see the change track of the national interest orientation of China and Egypt; conversely, we can also deeply understand the guiding role and influence of national interest on the development of bilateral relations through the national interest orientation of China and Egypt. At present, as a regional political power, Egypt's voice in Middle East affairs is irreplaceable, and Egypt's role in African regional affairs is irreplaceable. The future is bound to be an important part of China's foreign relations. This paper makes a brief analysis of the changes in the interests of China and Egypt during the Cold War in 0th century and the changes in the emphasis of Sino-Egyptian relations. At the same time, some important factors affecting the development of the relations between China and Egypt, such as the Taiwan issue related to security interests and the Palestinian-Israeli issue at the level of political interests, As well as the economic and trade cooperation factors related to the level of economic interests and so on, it also makes a preliminary analysis from the perspective of national interests. Finally, this paper tries to combine the variability of national interests, This paper puts forward some thoughts and predictions on the development of Sino-Egyptian relations in the future.
