【摘要】：近年來,歐洲極右勢(shì)力的崛起引起了國(guó)際社會(huì)的極大關(guān)注。歐洲極右勢(shì)力的崛起具有某些新特征,如政治影響力空前提高,"溫和極化"傾向顯著,為取得規(guī)模效應(yīng)強(qiáng)化橫向聯(lián)系,注重運(yùn)用社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體等新技術(shù)手段發(fā)聲以增強(qiáng)影響力等。在極右勢(shì)力崛起的過程中,難民危機(jī)提供了歷史性機(jī)遇。極右勢(shì)力的坐大給歐洲政治造成深刻影響,加深了歐盟國(guó)家內(nèi)部的政治分裂,而且動(dòng)搖了歐洲傳統(tǒng)政治價(jià)值理念和聯(lián)合根基,還引領(lǐng)了新一輪的全球右傾浪潮。歐洲極右勢(shì)力的崛起目前尚難真正改變歐洲的政治生態(tài),但它與難民危機(jī)相互作用所折射出的歐盟治理缺陷不可忽視。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rise of Europe's far-right forces has attracted great attention from the international community. The rise of Europe's far-right forces has some new characteristics, such as the unprecedented increase in political influence and the marked tendency towards "moderate polarization". In order to achieve scale effect and strengthen horizontal connection, we should pay attention to the use of social media and other new technologies to increase influence. The refugee crisis provides a historic opportunity. The presence of far-right forces has had a profound impact on European politics, deepened political divisions within EU countries, and shaken Europe's traditional political values and joint roots. It has also led to a new wave of global right-leaning. The rise of Europe's far-right forces has yet to really change Europe's political ecology, but the European Union's governance flaws reflected in its interaction with the refugee crisis cannot be ignored.
