【摘要】： 經(jīng)過兩次世界大戰(zhàn)以及冷戰(zhàn)的熏陶,現(xiàn)今的美國海軍已經(jīng)成為世界上最為強(qiáng)大的海上力量,并且在維護(hù)美國國家利益和實(shí)施對外戰(zhàn)略中均發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。西太平洋周邊聚集著中、日、俄等大國,并且存在著朝鮮半島、臺(tái)海以及南海等潛在沖突地區(qū),地緣戰(zhàn)略形勢非常復(fù)雜,區(qū)域性沖突也時(shí)常發(fā)生。近年來,美國開始調(diào)整其海軍戰(zhàn)略,并以所謂的“中國軍事威脅論”為由不斷向這一地區(qū)增派軍事力量,使得這一地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略安全形勢更趨復(fù)雜。 本文將首先對美國的海權(quán)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行簡要介紹,然后對美國在西太平洋地區(qū)的海權(quán)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行具體的介紹、分析和評論,進(jìn)而探尋西太平洋地區(qū)安全與中國海上安全相互影響、相互作用的規(guī)律,并對中國的應(yīng)對策略提出相應(yīng)建議。
[Abstract]:After two world wars and the influence of the Cold War, the United States Navy has become the world's most powerful maritime power. It also plays a vital role in safeguarding the national interests of the United States and implementing its foreign strategy. China, Japan, Russia and other major powers gather around the western Pacific Ocean, and there are potential conflict areas such as the Korean Peninsula, the Taiwan Strait and the South China Sea. The geo-strategic situation is very complex, and regional conflicts often occur. In recent years, the United States has begun to adjust its naval strategy and continue to send more military forces to the region on the basis of the so-called "China military threat theory." This makes the strategic security situation in this area more complicated. This paper first introduces the American maritime power strategy, then gives a detailed introduction, analysis and comment on the American maritime power strategy in the western Pacific region, and then explores the interaction between the security of the western Pacific region and the maritime security of China. The law of interaction, and the corresponding suggestions for China's coping strategy.
