【摘要】："人類命運(yùn)共同體"自提出以來,一直受到國外學(xué)界的廣泛關(guān)注。整體上看,國外學(xué)界大致沿著"動機(jī)·行為·影響"的邏輯主線,在什么是人類命運(yùn)共同體、為什么要構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體、怎樣構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體、人類命運(yùn)共同體的構(gòu)建已經(jīng)和將給世界帶來什么影響等重大理論和實(shí)踐問題上展開研究,并普遍對其構(gòu)建的長期性和艱巨性達(dá)成一致共識。雖然存在偏重實(shí)務(wù)研究、對"人類命運(yùn)共同體"學(xué)理關(guān)注不足、用西方結(jié)盟式共同體與零和博弈理論等舊理念解讀中國國際戰(zhàn)略等局限,但其"動機(jī)·行為·影響"研究邏輯、多學(xué)科研究視角與綜合性研究方法值得學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒。構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體不是空中樓閣、一廂情愿的事,而是實(shí)事求是、多國互動的任務(wù),必須科學(xué)把握必然性與過程性的統(tǒng)一,始終堅(jiān)定構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體的決心和信心。
[Abstract]:"the Community of Human Destiny" has been widely concerned by foreign scholars since it was put forward. On the whole, the foreign academic circles follow the logical main line of "motive, behavior and influence", in what is the Community of Human Destiny, Why to construct the human destiny community, how to construct the human destiny community, and how to construct the human destiny community have carried out the research on the important theoretical and practical issues, such as what influence the human destiny community will bring to the world. And generally reached a consensus on the long-term and arduous nature of its construction. Although there is an emphasis on practical research, there is a lack of attention to the academic theory of "Human fate Community". Using the old ideas of western alliance community and zero-sum game theory to interpret the limitations of China's international strategy, but its "motivation, behavior and influence" research logic, It is worth learning and learning from the perspective of multidisciplinary research and comprehensive research methods. Building a community of human destiny is not a matter of wishful thinking, but a task of seeking truth from facts and interacting with many countries. The unity of necessity and process must be scientifically grasped, and the determination and confidence of constructing the community of human destiny must always be firmly established.
