【摘要】：在當(dāng)今世界,國(guó)際交往日益頻繁,相互依存度達(dá)到空前高度,隨著國(guó)際交流的擴(kuò)大,各國(guó)民眾對(duì)國(guó)際事務(wù)的關(guān)注度也在提高,其參與和了解國(guó)際政治的興趣度也在提升,一國(guó)民眾對(duì)外交政策制定的影響日益增大,各國(guó)政府在執(zhí)行對(duì)外政策中,也十分重視本國(guó)的輿論環(huán)境,因此,各個(gè)國(guó)家在逐漸意識(shí)到樹(shù)立本國(guó)良好的國(guó)際形象的重要性。中國(guó)作為一個(gè)發(fā)展中的大國(guó),在世界范圍內(nèi)的影響力在與日俱增。美國(guó)是目前為止世界的超級(jí)大國(guó),中美之間有著廣泛的共同利益。但是由于文化、政治和歷史原因,中美之間存在著很多分歧,美國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于中國(guó)有很多誤解和偏見(jiàn)。這就需要中國(guó)展開(kāi)對(duì)美國(guó)的公共外交,向美國(guó)民眾呈現(xiàn)一個(gè)立體的中國(guó),爭(zhēng)取美國(guó)民眾的支持,使美國(guó)的外交政策向著對(duì)中國(guó)有利的方向傾斜,最終可以實(shí)現(xiàn)和維護(hù)中國(guó)的國(guó)家利益最大化。
[Abstract]:In today's world, international exchanges are becoming increasingly frequent and interdependence has reached an unprecedented high. With the expansion of international exchanges, the attention of the people of various countries to international affairs is also increasing, and their interest in participating in and understanding international politics is also increasing. The influence of the people of a country on the formulation of foreign policy is increasing day by day, and governments attach great importance to their own public opinion environment in the implementation of foreign policy. Each country is gradually realizing the importance of establishing a good international image of its own country. China, as a developing country, has a growing influence around the world. The United States is by far the world's superpower, China and the United States share a wide range of common interests. But for cultural, political and historical reasons, there are many differences between China and the United States, and there are many misunderstandings and prejudices about China in the United States. This requires China to launch public diplomacy with the United States. By presenting a three-dimensional China to the American people and winning the support of the American people, the foreign policy of the United States tilts in favor of China and can ultimately realize and safeguard the maximization of China's national interests.
