【摘要】：當(dāng)前,美國(guó)積極主導(dǎo)推動(dòng)《跨太平洋戰(zhàn)略經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴協(xié)定》(TPP),美國(guó)企圖通過主導(dǎo)TPP來操控亞太地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易,排擠中國(guó),稱霸亞太以至全球。中國(guó)則創(chuàng)議主導(dǎo)、推廣亞太自由貿(mào)易區(qū)(FTAAP)、亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行(AIIB),而且還成功地主導(dǎo)推動(dòng)建立金磚開發(fā)銀行(NDB)、金磚國(guó)家應(yīng)急儲(chǔ)備基金(CRA)、上海合作組織銀行、絲路基金,以及"一帶一路"的宏偉戰(zhàn)略布置,創(chuàng)造性地繼承、發(fā)展和運(yùn)用了毛澤東同志劃分三個(gè)世界的理論。亞投行的誕生毫無疑問將打破二戰(zhàn)后在美國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下以IMF和世界銀行為中心的全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理格局,戰(zhàn)后國(guó)際金融秩序?qū)⒂瓉須v史轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)。代之而起的必將是新興的發(fā)展中國(guó)家和發(fā)展中的社會(huì)主義國(guó)家,以致最終實(shí)現(xiàn)人類最理想、最美好的共產(chǎn)主義大同世界。
[Abstract]:At present, the United States is actively taking the lead in promoting the "Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement". The United States is trying to manipulate the Asia-Pacific region's economic and trade by leading the TPP, crowding out China, and dominating the Asia-Pacific region and even the world. China, on the other hand, is proposing to take the lead. The promotion of the Asia Pacific Free Trade area (FTAAP), the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIPIC) and the successful promotion of the BRICS Development Bank (BRICS), the BRICS Emergency Reserve Fund (BRICS), the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Bank (SCO), the Silk Road Fund, And the grand strategic layout of Belt and Road, creatively inherited, Developing and applying Comrade Mao Zedong's theory of dividing the three worlds. The birth of the AIIB will undoubtedly break the pattern of global economic governance under the leadership of the United States under the leadership of the United States after the second World War, with the IMF and the World Bank as the center. The post-war international financial order will ushered in a historical turning point.
