【摘要】：[目的/意義]與傳統(tǒng)的恐怖組織相比,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的恐怖分子更具威脅性,網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為了恐怖分子的主要陣地之一,他們利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的隱蔽性,進(jìn)行各種恐怖活動(dòng)。在這樣的背景下,反恐方的情報(bào)收集與處理進(jìn)入了2.0時(shí)代,開源情報(bào)成為了反恐情報(bào)的主要來源。[方法/過程]設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)科學(xué)合理的反恐情報(bào)體系,將對反恐戰(zhàn)爭起到支撐作用,這一情報(bào)體系包含了多個(gè)要素、系統(tǒng),組成了反恐情報(bào)體系的重要模塊。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的反恐情報(bào)體系及技術(shù)將對反恐情報(bào)的處理與分析提供強(qiáng)有力的動(dòng)力,為維護(hù)國家安全提供情報(bào)保障。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] compared with the traditional terrorist organizations, terrorists in the Internet era are more threatening, the network has become one of the main positions of terrorists, they take advantage of the concealment of the network. In this context, the intelligence collection and processing of counterterrorism has entered the 2.0 era, and open source intelligence has become the main source of counter-terrorism intelligence. [Method / process] designing a scientific and reasonable anti-terrorism intelligence system will support the war on terrorism. This intelligence system contains many elements and constitutes an important module of the anti-terrorism intelligence system. [Results / conclusion] the anti-terrorism intelligence system and technology in the Internet era will provide a powerful impetus for the processing and analysis of anti-terrorism intelligence and provide intelligence guarantee for the maintenance of national security.
