【摘要】：19世紀(jì)60年代初，英國強(qiáng)迫營口開埠，拉開了近代英國與中國東北關(guān)系的序幕。通過設(shè)立領(lǐng)事館、開設(shè)洋行和控制海關(guān)等方式，英國很快確立了在中國東北的地位，是近代西方勢力入侵東北的急先鋒。東北開埠后，英國以營口為基地，憑借控制營口航運(yùn)業(yè)、輸入鴉片、傾銷棉紡織品和掠奪原料等手段加大對中國東北的經(jīng)濟(jì)入侵和擴(kuò)張，同時英國也面臨著德國、美國、荷蘭、丹麥、日本、俄國等列強(qiáng)的激烈競爭�？傮w來說，前期英國在與中國東北的貿(mào)易關(guān)系中占有壟斷性優(yōu)勢，后期隨著美、日的快速崛起，英國的優(yōu)勢地位逐漸喪失，但仍是東北地區(qū)外來勢力中一支重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)力量。 英國與俄、日、美等國在爭奪中國東北利益過程中的矛盾、沖突、妥協(xié)、調(diào)和等互動關(guān)系是本文的重要線索。英、俄在中國東北的矛盾體現(xiàn)在租借旅順、大連上的抵牾和在關(guān)內(nèi)外鐵路修建過程中的斗爭，最后以雙方妥協(xié)結(jié)束。20世紀(jì)初，列強(qiáng)對中國東北的爭奪愈發(fā)復(fù)雜，英國從自身的整體利益出發(fā)，以實(shí)用主義的思維，運(yùn)用嫻熟的外交技巧處理對俄、日、美的多邊關(guān)系。英國采取的不同政策既達(dá)到了維護(hù)英日同盟、維持東北均勢和保證歐洲政治平衡的目的，又較好地抵制了美國勢力在中國東北的擴(kuò)張。但不可否認(rèn)的是，，在俄、日、美等國的排擠下，英國對中國東北的政策受到了很大挫折。1911年，清朝滅亡，歐洲戰(zhàn)爭陰云密布，近代英國與中國東北的關(guān)系告一段落。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of 1860s, the British forced Yingkou to open ports, which opened the prelude of the relations between Britain and Northeast China in modern times. By setting up consulates, setting up foreign businesses and controlling customs and so on. Britain quickly established its position in Northeast China and was the vanguard of the invasion of Northeast by Western forces in modern times. After the opening of Northeast China, Britain took Yingkou as its base and imported opium by controlling the shipping industry of Yingkou. Dumping cotton textiles and plundering raw materials and other means to increase the economic invasion and expansion of northeast China, at the same time the United Kingdom is also facing Germany, the United States, the Netherlands, Denmark, Japan, Russia and other foreign powers fierce competition. Generally speaking. In the early stage, Britain had monopoly advantage in its trade relations with Northeast China. In the latter period, with the rapid rise of the United States and Japan, Britain gradually lost its dominant position. But it is still an important economic force among foreign forces in Northeast China. The conflicts, conflicts, compromises and reconciliations between Britain and Russia, Japan, the United States and other countries in the process of competing for the interests of Northeast China are the important clues of this paper. The contradiction between Britain and Russia in Northeast China is reflected in the leasing of Lushun. The contradiction in Dalian and the struggle in the process of railway construction between China and the outside. Finally, at the beginning of the 20th century with compromise between the two sides, the scramble for the Northeast of China by the powers became more and more complicated, and Britain set out from its own overall interests. Using pragmatic thinking and skillful diplomatic skills to deal with the multilateral relations between Russia, Japan and the United States, different policies adopted by Britain have achieved the maintenance of the Anglo-Japanese alliance. The purpose of maintaining the balance of power in the Northeast and ensuring the political balance in Europe has also better resisted the expansion of American forces in Northeast China, but it is undeniable that in Russia, Japan, the United States and other countries are excluded. Britain's policy towards northeast China was greatly frustrated. In 1911, when the Qing Dynasty died, the European war was overcast, and the relationship between Britain and Northeast China in modern times came to an end.
